We had a very relaxing stay in this hotel. staff are very nice and helpful. the onsen is great. the dinner has a variety of choices and my little one approves it :)

Good location, just next to bus stop. Comfy Japanese room. Spacious hot spring, indoor and outdoor. Free massage chairs. Tasty buffet meals. Polite staffs.

Wifi is weak in rooms.

We don't usually stay at big hotels but this one has perfected everything you need for a comfortable, wonderful stay. We had a large, clean, bright traditional room. The onsens were great. The buffet breakfast was vast and delicious. Free parking. Helpful service. We chose to eat out for dinner (Shino Izakaya - superb!) so can't comment on that. The location was the best - alongside a riverwalk in a gorgeous part of the region. Most other hotels in the area looked a bit empty so this is definitely the place to stay in this part of town. Lovely!

Near the omachi end of the alpine route. Hotel is family friendly.

The meals were buffet style. Although the hotel took covid-19 precautions such as requesting guests to wear gloves and masks, it is uncertain if they would be sufficiently effective.

Dinner was good. Onsen was nice. Good bus connection. Nice classical large room.

Staff has difficulties with English. No ATM nearby.
