Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Llandudno and the surrounding area of Conwy is both beautiful and packed with plenty of things to do. Both Dawn and Jason (Proprietors of the Branstone) gave us all the information we needed regarding the best local attractions, best places to eat and loads of advice regarding traveling out to further destinations. They were most helpful. Furthermore their generosity and 5 Star hospitality left us feeling so welcome that we will definitely consider returning without hesitation..

Breakfast doesn't normally start till 830 and we are 730 people .However they did accommodate our earlier starts on both occasions, and our dietary requirements

lovely owners, great location for food, attractions and access. owners placed small fridge in corridor and had individual milk bottles that were checked and topped up regularly. breakfast fresh cooked every morning and very tasty would highly reccommend anyone to stay here

Lovely hosts, friendly, professional service. Location good for the promenade and shopping. comfortable bedroom, good hospitality tray, plenty of storage. Clean fresh and tastefully decorated period house very good breakfast with table service, liked that tables are allocated to the bedroom number Street parking available - free.

Friendly, approachable, respectful. professional, trustworthy, and caring owners Excellent breakfast served efficiently and attentively- great menu providing sufficient alternatives - comfortable and clean dining room. Low background music. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend the pancakes with fruit, Greek yoghurt, and honey. Husband loved the full breakfast of bacon and eggs etc. Room had all you need - warm (adjustable temperature), clean and tidy- shower lovely and warm/hot - room cleaned mid week to a high standard- view of the Great Orme Parking - we had no problem at all parking at all times of the day on the street at no cost. We stayed for 8 nights. We were asked daily if we required anything, but all was well. The owners have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, Very informative and knowledgeable about the local area - restaurants, shops, the wildlife (seals), the Great Orme etc The Guest House is close to shops, restaurants and the Great Orme - in a great spot-but very quiet including evenings and at night.

I have given this a lot of thought as it wouldn't be unusual to find something not to be happy with when staying anywhere- that can just be life or preferences, but there was nothing negative about our stay at all. It was fine. Very enjoyable. If there had have been anything that was a concern we were confident that the owners would have been more than happy to talk this through with us and make changes where possible. Having said that we both believe that the fact that people are willing should never be taken advantage of and respect and good will has to be paramount, Recap- Friendly place to stay. Clean premises. Great location. On street parking nearby. All facilities good. Tasty, well - cooked food, What more can a gal want? Or hubby indeed! All good :)

Would only say could they have softer pillows for some customers as they was to firm for me ( I have osteoarthritis) other than that nothing
