We were greeted warmly at Corte del Gallo, in fact Roberto was watching for us when we got off the train. He is an extremely kind and friendly host, and we immediately felt right at home. The accommodations are lovely, very clean and comfortable in every way. We walked up to the town of Corniglia (twice) which was a good workout, but as Roberto shared, there's a shuttle to the town if desired. He recommended a great restaurant for our dinner, and then he made us a delicious hot breakfast in the morning. We only spent one night there, but would have been perfectly happy with a full week.

The location was very convenient, as it is close to the train station to go to other areas, and the bus stop to go into the Corniglia center. The breakfast was delicious and we ate at the terrace overlooking the sea. Roberto was a great host, very friendly, and helped us learn the best ways to get around the area.

Unfortunately the WiFi was not working, so we had to pay with cash. We were not ready for this, so we had to go to an ATM which was a bit stressful. However, Roberto worked with us so this was easier to handle so everything worked out well.

Great location for us. Corniglia is a quiet town in the evenings. An easy 3 minute walk from the train station. Quiet. Comfortable accommodations. Large walk in closet area to store bags. Absolutely lovely breakfast area outside, enjoying the sea. The homemade breakfasts were substantial and delicious. Roberto, our host, was gregarious and very accommodating.

Roberto welcomed us very warmly and explained everything. We had a pleasure to eat fantastic breakfast served in garden with sea view. We got recommendation from Roberto about very good restaurant La Posada with absolutely best pasta with pesto, potatoes, bean and grana. Corte Del Gallo is beautiful place and for sure I will recommend anyone who ask! Roberto mamy thanks and take care of yourself.

We enjoyed a rich breakfast adapted to our choices and allergies in a well looked after mediterranean garden with olive and citrus trees, magnolia, and a rich variety of flowers, and a stunning sea view. The B&B is in a very quiet yet conveniently located place close to the Corniglia railway station. We appreciated that after spending the day in the crowds of 5 terre.

Roberto was a great host and we had a lovely time! Lovely breakfast in the morning, sitting on the terrace and staring at the sea.. what a way to start the day! Room was great with a walk in closet and spacious shower as well.

The host, Roberto, is a truly kind man! Courteous, respectful, helpful, and jovial and funny! We took him up on both his restaurant and bar recommendations and were not disappointed. The property is close to the train station and has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Just a short walk up the hill to get into town. Breakfast was the best we had at any accommodation our whole trip. Omelet, bacon, croissant, fruit, yoghurt, cappuccino, and chocolate cake!

The bed was a little firm for our liking.

We liked the view on the sea, the big chamber andthe clean bathroom. Roberto and his team are a great staff. It was a really comfy stay.

roadside parking near hotel could be tricky, certainly would advise anyone to come by the excellent train service from la Spezia, rather than via the long, twisty, narrow roads

The location is very good, near the train station and with a lovely view. Breakfast and hospitality were great. The room was good.

Parking is only the street (and may be limited) and you pay by the day (20 euros) or hour.

great location by the train station, which makes exploration of the area easy, 10 minute walk to the village, lovely terraces with view of the sea, where the charming hosts serve good breakfast and give you all the advice you need to enjoy your stay. small modern room and bathroom with comfortable bed and very clean. it is a quiet oasis away from the crowds. Very quiet, the passing trains are no problem.

Great location outside (below) Corniglia in the vineyards only 3 minutes walk to train station. Thus, in the heart of Cinque Terre, everything reachable by train in a few minutes or start hiking at the front steps- Corniglia itself a 15 minut schlepp uphill (there is a free shuttle from the train station if you have the Cinque Terre card) . Host Roberto quite gregorious character, his wife Claudia very friendly and helpful - unfortunately, we do not speak Italian to take full advantage of her advice. Breakfast nice, plentiful and fresh - wonderful sipping a cappucino overlooking the Ligurian sea - only partially obstructed by trees. Overall a great serene setting. Room not large but clean, bathroom modern. near train line not a problem re: noise.

The hosts are such lovely and helpful people who make you feel welcome. The location is gorgeous with a spectacular ocean view. The train station is only a stone's throw away. The place was cleaned daily and with care. The breakfast was delicious, we especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and the cappuccino.

In the bathroom the joints between the tiles need attention.

A very nice place located in a less crowded part of Cinque Terre. We were happy with this decision! The place by itself is very good (rooms, well functioning shower, good breakfast and kind hosts).

The B&B is located close to the train station. This has pro and cons. On the pro side you are extremely flexible to move around if you purchase a day or multiple day pass, on the down side you hear the trains. The latter didn’t bother us as the noise level is low.

Claudia and Roberto are excellent hosts. The breakfast, including the sea view, was exceptional.

The hosts are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Location is away from main village a bit but walkable. Easy train access to go between villages and a bus that takes you from the train to the village. Very short distance to walk to bus or train from property. Easy to access from train.

The view is absolutely beautiful if you looking for a quiet location. It was very peaceful and surreal at night. Very easy to reach by train as it is just next to the train station. There is no beach in this village hence it is very peaceful with less tourists. For one full day we just relaxed at this accommodation. What is good here is that its not a Hotel it more like a house that has rooms for people, (still very private and quiet) hence has a very homely feeling. The owners are very warm people. Roberto is a very jolly person and welcomes you wholeheartedly. His wife is very caring and will give you breakfast every morning with a warm smile. I had booked 2 other 4 star hotels along with this accommodation and I would say was the best accommodation I had booked for my trip. Thankyou Roberto! Don't Worry Be Happy!! Cheers
