The location on top of a hill overlooking the lake was stunning, giving great views directly from our balcony. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very helpful and polite. The apartment was very big, with a very comfortable bed.

The accommodation block is constructed in a way that does not provide much sound insulation. Noise from other adjacent apartments was quite loud and disturbed our sleep. Apart from the hotel’s own restaurant there are no other restaurants within easy walking distance.

Nice view, great location close to Garda and other attractions. Friendly stuff with a smile in face. Breakfast was awesome.

Apartment need renovation, pretty old fashio without daily cleaning. Bath showers were just got 1 day out of 4 which we stayed there. Insects were existing in the apartment

The lovely gentleman working in the restaurant was absolutely delightful to my son - his service was spectacular! My son was obsessed with the robotic pool cleaner - which he called “Wall-E”. The gentleman from the restaurant made extra special effort to engage with my son - and it was by far the highlight of his holiday! ♥️

Breakfast and views from the pool were amazing.

The rooms were unfortunately dirty and the view wasn't very pleasant. Although we requested all three beds to be made, only two were done, and when we asked for the third bed to be made, we were told there were no staff available at the moment. We were promised that it would be done the following day, but instead of properly making the bed, the folded bedsheet was simply placed on top. Furthermore, we were excited to utilize the Tesla charging station that was advertised and confirmed by the staff, but were disappointed to arrive and find that it was not actually available.

Only the internet in our room was very bed. We could not speak with no one in WhatsApp or emails and so on.

Beware to travelers without cars! This property is certainly accessible by foot by way of a ~45 minute hike. However, the road is very narrow and dangerous, and there’s a lot of traffic given the location in the countryside. Also, there was only one hiking path in the vicinity of the hotel, which was disappointing given that we had hoped for some more access to nature. Also, as other commenters have noted, the hotel rooms are quite minimalist and are lacking many basic necessities. The hotel gives you one tiny bar of soap and that’s it! No shampoo/body wash for the shower, etc. The beds are also quite hard. Internet access is also quite limited, both in terms of the WiFi strength and nearby 3G/4G. The hotel is aware of this and apologizes in advance, but when the weather is poor, this became more annoying than before. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a great view, but I don’t think I’d visit again.

The electric hob in the kitchen was limited and more kitchen equipment needed. Some basic things such as rubbish bags and cleaning materials would be nice. Restaurant was expensive so we didn’t eat there which would have been nice for a few nights. Could expand menu and do cocktail drinks etc

The view was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The location allowed mountain and lake views, which made for relaxing days hanging out. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast choices plenty, but what made the trip for us was the restaurant staff - they were friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic!

The location is great, only 5-6 minutes driving to Garda and close to other nice villages on the south part of the lake. Swimming pool was really nice also enough shades around the pool. We stayed at the Villa 2 and our stay was comfortable and nice. Heard from other guests that the regular apartments need renovation. Reception personeel was Nice and friendly all the times!

There is no 4G connection around the accommodation but also the WiFi was not working in the houses. We were already warned about this by the reception during check-in. Agree that you should rest, relax and go offline during holiday but we all need internet nowadays so simple as checking what time the supermarket or pharmacy opens and shuts down. I would recommend the residence managers to arrange WiFi access in the villa’s. Another min point was the bathroom. Bathroom in the villa number 2 requires a renovation. the shower cabin was really small especially if you need to bath your young kids.

the rooms were large and clean, the staff were very helpful and welcoming, the restaurant is great and kids loved the pool and breakfast. we stayed at the lake view rooms which had a wonderful view of the pool and lake, and the balcony was a great place to relax at. staff made an extra effort to make sure our group’s rooms are next to each other which definitely made a huge difference for us.

we were surprised not to get any shampoo/soap and the rooms, nor could we get extra garbage bags or toilet paper. the staff kindly explained that this property is not a hotel but rather a “residence” and thus we should take care of these things ourselves. it’s fair, but would have loved to know that in advance as we didn’t bring anything with us and by the time we got there everything was closed so we had no soap or shampoo to shower :(

Very poor kitchen, no soap, no shampoo. Ants are everywhere in the kitchen and other rooms also. we had tonput all products in the fridge(even these which should not be there).
