Good price. Good services. Have free shuttle minimus from hotel car park to the nearest MTR station and from station to hotel. It depart once minutes per 30 minute.

The toilet and the showering room are separate.

I love the modern vibe and even the color pallette of the hotel. I love how fast and quick the hotel staffs. On top of it i have no idea they have free shuttle. It's tucked in a residential and industrial zone

Smelly floor lobby like a dead rat

The shuttle bus was an excellent service provided by the hotel taking guest to and from the MTR. It was every half hour service and we made good use of it during our stay

We ordered a takeaway from the hotel restaurant as my brother and I got in late. We were looking forward to it but sadly it was very disappointing. Food was very greasy and looked like not much care was taken in preparing it,. Lacked flavour and the chicken we had might have been re-heated in a microwave. At a cost of $158 (about £15) we expected more. My advice go out to get a takeaway.

Spacious, quiet, clean STANDARD room, reasonably fast wifi even on 14th floor, 2 free small bottles of water daily, free frequent shuttle bus to Kwai Hing MTR, a few fast food (i.e. Fairwood) places nearby, built in safe in room big enough to store my 14 inch laptop, friendly and helpful staff. There is a fitness centre and restaurant in hotel but I didn't use.

Mini fridge didn't work, location inconvenient as it is in industrial area, couldn't see any public buses around the hotel.

The hotel told me that the full booking fee was held before I checked in and would be released about 2 weeks after I checked out. However, it is still a pending transaction in my bank account to date. I told them my card is a debit card and they even told me it would then take up to 2-3 months for the pending transaction to be cancelled. This is unacceptable.

As we had just completed our 3 day Quarantine and then checked in here, we were happy to find just one place for the entire 2-week remainder of our stay in HK. The hotel is comparatively new so the decor was fresh and there was not the usual lingering smell of cigarette smoke as in most other HK hotels of similar priciing.

After completing the additional 4 days of self-monitoring, they still acted as if we were lepers. We only got towel changes, additional TP, trash removal when we insisted on it. There never was any offer to change sheets, vacuum, etc. I really think they used the Covid situation as an excuse to omit doing normal housekeeping tasks. Although property is expensive in HK and despite its newness, the location in a busy logistics area and away from much of the more convenient transportation stops and restaurants was not ideal. In normal times, we probably wouldn't choose this location again.
