Nice location. Clean condominium. AC in one of bedroom is little loud. Kitchen has everything you need. Clear instructions. Beach umbrella and beach chairs for four. Balcony has good view.

Incredibly clean!

We loved our stay - great location - we walked to everything! Kitchen is well-equipped. Good shower pressure. We loved the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas - would recommend!

Great Location, very clean, tastefully decorated, incredible view, quite and great owner to deal with are what stands out the most on this property. This is the fourth time we have booked this condo and will again in the future.

This is a very clean, well appointed, and well maintained property. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean, and lots of amenities within a short walking distance. It is within walking distance to the beach, but it is easier to drive, especially if you have kids and their beach toys. The quiet location and proximity to everything else more than makes up for it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Aloha, loved our stay. Great location and amazing ocean views from the Lanai. The condo was very clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need including what you would need for the beach. Property owner, was so great to work with. Spacious condo with lovely view

Easy place to stay. Had everything we needed.

The condo is very clean and quiet, and the location is great. It’s walking distance to coffee shop, groceries and golf. Snorkeling at the Ulua Beach is only 3 min drive. Our family had a wonderful time eating dinner at the lanai and watching sunset!

The pictures listed understate the beauty of this property. The highlight to the property is the lanai and the ocean sunsets you can see from it. The condo is perfectly located in the upscale community of Wailea just minutes from top rated resorts, beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. The property is quiet and sits away from main road. You have uninterrupted views of the ocean from the lanai. The condo is positioned along the golf course which did not cause any issues during our stay. The condo was well equipped with all the essential needs including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and beach gear. It allowed our family to feel at home away from home and take in a little bit of heaven! We will be booking again in the near future.

Great location with a view, plus close to coffee, food, golf and the beach. Roomy and well appointed condo that we have used twice and already have trip three planned. Gil is terrific to work with and helps make our vacations feel like vacations.

Easy check-in, very clean, modern, extremely well equipped, nice cookware, beach chair, beach towels, snorking fins and masks. Great place to stay would definitely stay here again.

We were so happy with ekolu 306. It has the most amazing view and amenities!! It came completely stocked We were so happy to not have to run to the store for paper towels, toilet paper, and all necessary spices and condiments It is beautifully furnished and maintained! WE really enjoyed this property we have stayed in multiple VRBO on maui and this one has a view that is amazing. The washer and dryer were so nice to have and worked great! We have very good instructions from Gil and he had all the necessities and we didn't need to get anything! I can see why this is always booked.

Fun location close to everything.

The Condo is at a great location, walkable to Shopping, Beaches. and Restaurants. The view from living room is Awesome. You can see great sunset views from there. Condo is equipped with beach chairs, cooler and other stuff for use by tenants which was really helpful. I will definitely return back to stay at this place.

We have been travelling for many years and never have we found such a wonderfully kept, supplied, and cared for vacation home. It is very well appointed and exudes the coziness of feeling at home. If you appreciate the difference…this is the perfect place.

The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated with amazing ocean views. We found everything we needed for cooking meals and a good variety of beach equipment.

We've been staying in Ekolu Village for over 20 years, this was the first time renting unit #306. The condo was very clean upon arrival, normally I have to wipe things down but it was sparkling clean. We were amazed at the ocean view! We looked forward every evening to the full view of the sunset, the pictures don't do it justice. Communication with the owner was top notch. Gil was easy to work with and sent us all the information we needed a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. Condo was top notch, very clean with fabulous views of sunsets from the lanai. I would highly recommend it. It was also great to have our own laundry in the condo.

One of nicest and best equipped units we’ve rented. Gil was very responsive. We speculated that the owners must sometimes occupy the unit because of quality of kitchen equipment.

Lovely spacious condo with a beautiful 180 degree view overlooking the Old Blue course. Perfect for watching the sunset. The condo was meticulously stocked with everything one could want . The Master Bedroom was extremely comfortable and the sea breezes meant that we only had to use the aircon a couple of nights.. We had a superb time and everything was perfect. Communication with the owner was great. He was extremely accommodating and helpful, allowing us to add an extra night at the end. We would love to come back every year!

This property was everything we expected, and more. The view is breathtaking and the condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. We'll definitely be back.

Great condo! Very nicely set up throughout and on the lanai, a fantastic view and easy access to Wailea. Daily walk to Akamai just added to enjoyment. Very much appreciated Gil's communication before and during stay! Will be back!
