food was not great, not that clean

* Big, clean room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with two stalls, a living room, balcony and terrace. * Good, varied breakfast with lots of tasty options * A lot of added services on the premise (transportation if needed, groceries shop, games etc). * Free parking on the streets near it (a Godsent if you have a rented car)

* There's no strict curfew for the pool, so of you have a room that is facing it, you won't sleep at night. A lot of noisy tourists, with little to no regard of other people's resting times. * If you're into room fengshui, the bedroom has mirrors everywhere and is a bit unpleasant. * The staff at the reception can have an attitude, but they eventually help out. * 20-30 mins away from the beaches by foot (and min 10 by car if you count the time it takes to find a parking spot). * Nothing really happening around the hotel. It's in an area still under construction, so there are just huge fields of rocks and dirt.

The apartments are very spacious and contain everything you need for a holiday. We were half board and breakfast and dinner was excellent with a great choice from the buffet or the show kitchen.

The only criticism we had was that the dining area/restaurant could have been a bit more stylish. As it was it was functional but not very comfortable but this is just a minor gripe.

The staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. We arrived 3 hours earlier, and they very kindly offered to storage the bags. We also needed a taxi, and they were always there to help. The hotel is well maintained and cleaned. We had a great room and great experience. The buffet breakfast its one of the highlights of the hotel ( continental breakfast) lot’s of variety. Overal good value for money! the supermarket on site its a great add on. 1000% recommend this hotel it excessed our expectations!

We liked everything, but having a few extra blankets would be even more amazing.

205 room of gloom ! not one shred of sunlight inside or on the balcony at any point during the day. Anna - just rude ! spoken to like a naughty child when I got caught out with no mask at reception because the key card had stopped working again ! slow wifi very uncomfortable sun loungers till price doesn’t match drinks menu prices double toaster only toasted one side as out of the 4 elements only 2 worked shower flooded spent 20 mins mopping up tiny shower towels

very bad value for money was beside what was like a builders site and for the money we had no iron in the room no even washing up liquid to was the dishes we felt ripped off for the price we pais

Room was big and renovated. Swimming pool was specious, full of swimming accessories for children

Very bad wifi (i wasnt able to check in for my flight), not polite person at the reception (she said for 127 euro per night we should not expect better Wifi - seriously?), large selection of things for breakfast, but all of poor quality - powdered scrambled eggs, weak orange juice (drink from the machine), very fatty biscuits (meats and cheeses were good)

self catering option is great supermarket on the doorstep within 5 mins walk

we had a very warm welcome at reception the rooms were specious although the kitchen is small its perfect for breakfast and light meals

sadly our balcony didn't get the sun at all
