Facilities are great. View is great. Room is great. Pools are great. Food is great. Beach is great. So far I love the stay. Overall where ever i been in the hotel is so clean and beautiful.
Everything turns to just ok during night because everything is closed after 7pm. No activities can be done after 7pm except the games room. No entertainment. Pool are closed. Should have proper lighting at the beach so guest can enjoy their beautiful beach at night.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home.
The resort itself is beautifully situated, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
What truly stood out to us was the level of service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable, always greeting us with a smile and being ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly made our stay one of the best and most memorable experiences we’ve had as a family.
The variety of activities available at the resort kept everyone entertained, from the kids’ club to the beach and poolside fun. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurants, which offered a great selection of dishes that catered to all our tastes.
Overall, our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut exceeded all our expectations. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy quality time with your loved ones, this is the place to be!
The only downside of our stay was the presence of wild monkeys loitering around the property. While they didn’t cause any major issues, it was a bit unsettling at times, especially with young children.

The room is spacious. Although is not full seaview but the view is good and beautiful. The power shower and the rain shower is fantastic. The breakfast is delicious and variety
We also have our seafood buffet dinner, but this time there was no oyster served like before. A bit of disappointment. Lukily the prawn, hotate and mussel are fresh and well cook. Hope can serve the oyster cause it really tastes good. The other bad point is too many flies even in the restaurant. For whatever reason I think management should seriously look into it and find out the solution.

The view was spectacular. The food was the bomb! Friendly and helpful staff. The staff even whatsapp to check on us everyday to ensure we have a pleasant stay. Great facilities especially the water park pool.
The room was quite far from the facility area (dining place etc). It’s quite tiring to go back and forth with baby and kids. We didn’t bring stroller since the resort is not really stroller friendly with the stairs etc. I hope hotel can prioritise nearest room to old folks & parents with babies/young kids.

The staffs from the lobby to register counter are so friendly & helpful. There are few security guards patrolling around swimming pool to ensure the safety at the pool. The pool is big & well maintained. Overall, we enjoy our stay pretty much & would happily visit again.

Pure luxury. A fantastic hotel with extremely helpful staff, wonderful food and a beachside location which is breathtaking. You can walk to the golf course.
Perfect for relaxing.
After 3 days you start to get a little bored with all the luxury. It is a long trip to get to the city/nearest shopping mall, so I would definately recommend a car.

Bilik bersih..cuma sometimes ade lalat, tapi staff dah inform awal2..monkey pun ade..jgn biar makanan merata2..pintu balcony kene always tutup..staff sume okay, baik..zzz
I didn't like the breakfast buffet..semua nampak z ttttttttttt I think I should be able to get well soon and I will makan taste ade yg masin, tawar..nasi lemak good but the sambal tak sedap.

Made to wait for 30 minutes in hot weather for check in. Granted it was the school holiday season but could have prepared better knowing that.
Some of the maintenance of facilities can be better.
Please ensure better cleanliness during breakfast. Saw many flies around the food.

Basically i loved the room, they are big, gorgeous, love the couch, the basic amneties in the room. It is superb. Not to mention the view from the room, its the best. The toilets are very well maintained. Love it. Secondly my wife enjoyed the SPA session. She mentioned the staffs there are really friendly and their massage service are great. Definetly will book for their service again on our next visit.
The one thing i dont like is at the 'Pool'. There arent any lifesavers on duty but a super annoying uniformed security guard! He kept wiseling and wiseling which is very very annoying! The management have to remove the unfriendly uniformed security guard and replace with a life savers like many other reputable hotels do. The security guards are unfriendly, could not understand basic english (respond by sign language), rude (even to my kids) and most of all keep annoying with the wisel very loudly, i couldnt have a peacefull mind relaxed bath in the pool with my kids. If an area is found not suitable for kids to play, improve it by placing barriers so that the childrens unable to cross over, not by placing super annoying uniformed security guard that kept wiseling every few seconds!! Not happy at all with this.

Move now to the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel
They are ambitious and have updated, developed and made it more advanced
I loved the hospitality given to the guests as a welcome bonus
They are friendly
I won't say I won't like it, but breakfast needs more variety

It was ok. An upgrade from Swiss Resort that I used to visit more than 15 years ago
The Executive Lounge not really welcoming. I was denied entry just because my family and I were wearing sporty lifestyle adidas and they were insisting casual jean like trousers. I was told by reception earlier that the dress code won’t be that strict as long as the guest not coming straight from the pool and gym drenched in sweat. When I visited the lounge second time with wet cloth from pool at 5 pm just to check the other guest dress code, I was offered a seat this time around. The waiter just not consistent in their service and dress code adherence. And I also noticed the other guests dress code were much less casual than I was with sporty clothing.

Staff super friendly and great facilities.
Food was always very nice and fresh.
Everything was seen to straight away.
Daughter loved the pool and kids club - always kept clean too! Would definitely recommend to others and go again!
Food availability in the shop - milk etc for children (especially for when it's needed at night, we would happily buy cartons for the fridge) - they still accommodated and helped us make arrangements for this!

The activities for children are well thought of. The waterpark themed swimming pool is a great idea though I think the age restrictions for the slides should be increased from 5-10 to at least 5-12 year olds. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The flies though it must be said that they are trying to work around the issue. The signage to the beach is a bit misleading. The flight of stairs led down to a very narrow strip of sand. We had to follow the sign to watersport activities before we got to the actual beach area.
