הצוות היה נעים. המיקום אידאלי. המלון בסגנון רטרו.
הכל היה מושלם. פרט לאמבטיה שלא ניתן לשמור שהרצפה לא תטרטב.

צוות המלון אדיב. יש חניה קרובה קרוב לכל המסעדות ולגנים הבאהיים . נקי מיטות נוחות.

מיקי מהקבלה היה מדהים. החדר ממש מתוק ונוח. הצוות התייחס וטיפל בנו יפה. אפילו פינקו אותנו ביין. מאוד ממליצה על המלון. ברור לי שנחזור אליו. בימים טובים יותר.
לא הייתה ארוחת בוקר. המלון היה ריק בגלל המלחמה. המגבות לא נוחות. להחליף את המראה במקלחת.

מלון ממוקם באיזור מרכזי בעיר חיפה, מוקף במסעדות וחנויות. המלון נקי, השירות אדיב ומקצועי והבניין עצמו מלא היסטוריה.
בגלל המלחמה יש מיעוט אורחים ולכן המלון נאלץ לבטל את ארוחות הבוקר- חבל

מיקום מצוין, צוות נעים ואדיב וגם חניה בשפע. (למרות שמאד רועש על המרפסת בערב)
אפשר בהחלט לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר. יש שפע אבל החביתות והפנקייקים קרים וזה מאד מאכזב. כדאי גם לשפר את הקפה!

בבוקר הראשון קבוצה מאורגנת של אורחים מילאה את חדר האוכל הקטן. ניסו להושיב אותנו במרפסת וזה היה גרוע. אח"כ התפנה מקום בחדר אוכל. בבוקר השני הקדמנו והגענו בשעה 07:30 והכל היה בסדר.

The room was very nice, as was the staff. The breakfast was a nice buffet with a wide range of options to choose from. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby and you can easily find free parking within a block or two of the hotel.
Looking at reviews beforehand, we knew it might be a little noisy at night, but that aspect was worse than we anticipated. We were unlucky -- we happened to be there during a 4-day Arab holiday, which for some strange reason led some cars and motorcycles to parade up and down the main road in front of the hotel after about 10 pm, honking their horns, revving their engines, and playing their radios loudly. It quieted down somewhat after about 11 pm but continued until about midnight. With respect to the location, it is a short walk to the Baha'i garden as their site mentions, but that is at the bottom of the hill and the tours all start at the top of the hill. So, a nice view of the gardenn but figure on driving to the top of the hill or taking a taxi to the location on where the tour starts -- it is a very steep hill! Otherwise, the location is fine.

Miki the manager, was extremely rude. On the day of checkout, he called my room to inform me that my request for late checkout had been denied and that I had 10 minutes to leave the room. I asked him for more time because I have an elderly lady staying with me, he didnt listen at all. He yelled, "ten minutes and you're out," and then hung up on me. Please take note that I have informed a receptionist that I require a two-hour late checkout because my mother does not feel well in the morning. The rest of the staff, including the cleaners, were courteous, accommodating, and extremely helpful, but he is a poor role model and does not value customer service.
