Amazing private beach, nice pool too. Fab location right in old town!
It would be good if there was a simple breakfast available for those leaving very early in the morning.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and the staff was awesome. Michelangelo and the other guy were awesome with making our morning lattes and making sure we were doing just fine while enjoying breakfast.
Things I would do to improve, water pressure needs to be much higher and the tv is way to small. There is a whole wall empty and a little tv, make that a huge or big screen.

The location in old town and the private beach.

This is our idea of a perfect hotel situated in the lovely old town. We were here in early May and not interested in beach or pool so just enjoyed the beauty of the town ( cannot even begin to imagine height of tourist season!) The hotel blessed us with lovely room #218 with a balcony overlooking the sea- a truly amazing view every time of the day. The room was not large but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The wifi worked well. We appreciated breakfast starting at 730 and it was a beautiful spread. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. We had a rental car and instead of trying to find their parking lot we opted for the first lot we found (Piazza Jenner 12e overnight) and was only about 10 minutes with our luggage.
This was the last night of a 10 night Puglia driving trip and well worth coming here for one night.

The reception staff and restaurant staff and pool staff were super friendly! The breakfast selection was good .The beautiful small private beach is a super plus option! Thanks to Angelo from the pool side he showed us a cute little octopus in the early morning, very funny memories!
The hotel location is little difficult to find by car.

The location is excellent, and the staff very friendly. The private beach was really nice and well organised. Breakfast was good, and although we didn't use it, the hotel offers parking, which is much needed in Vieste.
The room and particularly the bathroom needed a bit of upgrading, and there was no bar or restaurant, which was a shame given the great location.
It looks like a place that had its glory days in the 90s and now the deco feels a bit tired.

Shower Stall in a suite is very uncomfortable, ackward and totally unsuitable

East to get to beach and swimming pool. Great views over the sea.
Hard to get luggage to. Advised that unable to bring our own drinks and food into the room.
