We have been in units that didn’t have a complete kitchen and this one does. It also felt cared for and not just a rental.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful that the property was beachfront and had chairs and an umbrella included. We did not like that upon arrival we did not have access to change the thermostat and it was hot inside the condo. We called property management the next day (because we arrived at 6pm- "after hours") and they sent someone out who established that the unit was set to heat. The thermostat was replaced and switched to air conditioning. The remainder of our stay was comfortable

Appreciated the TV instructions for both rooms. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming by. The only change I would make is to have the raised seating on the balcony, so the rail doesn't obstruct the view. The lounger was great for a little afternoon nap in the ocean breeze.

While I accept the booking agency, are not responsible for, "the temporary outage of pool, electricity, elevator, gas, water or cable. The operation and maintenance of these utilities is out of the control of Brooks and Shorey Resorts, Inc", during my stay. However, when they are fully aware of the elevator being out of use for a period of six weeks, prior to, and including the time of my booking and duration of my stay, I certainly hold them responsible for not informing me, and other potential customers, of this inconvenience until after I confirmed my booking. While climbing four flights of stairs each day was not an issue for me personally, and did not spoil my stay, it certainly brought into question the integrity of the company I was dealing with!

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location. The view can’t be beat, and I loved the recliner facing the patio, so my view was never disrupted inside or on the patio. It was very clean and every inch of space well uses. It felt very spacious.
