Old property but still good, near to pavillion and jalan alor with lots of food.
The rooms lamp is a lilbit dim

This hotel is under renovation so legally it should be closed. Major health and safety risk for guests.

Good location .close to shopping mall area.
MRT was just in front the hotel , monorail also close to hotel .
seafood restaurant just right in front of the property .

The reception was not very helpful very poor as me working in 5star hotel..

Superb location + great value for your money for what you get.
There was a slight lingering smell of tobacco inside the room even though I asked for a non smoking room

Location is damn good.
Lift a bit old and small, but I also understand that this is an old building. So I don't really have any complaint.

The location was strategic just beside MRT Door Exit A, nearby alot shopping complex, 7 eleven, Jalan Alor & convenient to get all the basic necessities such as foods, clothes, beauty care products and etc.
No waiting area for e-hailing and no waiting & pickup area for hotel guests....

Very well located in the middle of the entertainment district, which of course makes it a bit noisy in the evenings. Very friendly reception.

Value for money and very good location and close to so many restaurants and eateries. Room was cleaned everyday and the hotel staff were friendly and courteous.

Close to Food Street and Pavilion Mall with surprisingly little noise at night, especially from a rear room. Reasonably priced. Very kind, helpful staff.
Metro station at the corner.
The air conditioning system is centrally controlled so it is always on. You cannot control it. It is far too cold all the time.
The furnishings are old and basic. With an upgrade to the air con and furniture, this would be a great place. Until then, I will avoid it.

Close to the centre, location was brilliant, short walk to shopping malls, and seconds away from MRT train station
Some rooms bit dated could do with an upgrade ,
