In general the hotel is good if the management improve their hospitality skills

The management not up to standard especially hotel manager lack of communication skills and need to be trained more for improvement, the junior staff are doing well very cooperative and willing to help. Also the hotel needs to be maintained frequently especially the air conditioner we changed the rooms twice due to the air conditioner efficiency especially in the teeth floor most of the rooms are not cool due to A/C problem,and we reported and after long argument with the management they changed The rooms were changed for the second time to the ninth floor, and the air conditioning performance was better.

I came early to the property, and I was able to get my room with the help and exceptional service of Onur. Big thanks from him and the front desk team. Clean facilities, incredibly good breakfast, and meals. Staff are well trained, polite, professional, quick, and efficient. Gym is also well furnished, clean, and well maintained. Room has all the necessary complimentary toiletries. This hotel is also easily accessible from the airport with taxing at a maximum of 30 minutes.

The bed is a little too soft for my liking.

Liked everything. Was here for work. Chose the hotel on the advice of a colleague from Turkey. I can say one thing - this is one of the best hotels in Istanbul (trust me, I have stayed in different hotels). I really liked the service at the reception desk. Cleaning of the room on the level. Room service is fast as lightning. The breakfast is wonderful. I also recommend ordering a cheeseburger in your room. They cook delicious. !!!Special and many thanks to the staff of this beautiful hotel - Idris, Taha, Busra. They know very well how to work with people. It was very nice to meet you. The hotel is amazing, I recommend it.

horrible internet connection, very slow, and keeps lagging and disconnecting submitted a complaint, but no corrective action was taken. The problem was detective in all hotel facilities

my favorite hotel in Istanbul, close to the new IST airport. Convenient location without all the traffic in the downtown area. Clarion Hotel has great facilities with clean and comfortable rooms with professional staff who are very helpful. Great value for the Istanbul hotel.
