Room was very spacious and the furniture was new

1. Upon arrival we were given a twin room, even if we are a married couple and the hotel was MOSTLY empty. 2. At the moment of staying, in May 2024, outside were 7 degrees Celsius in the night and not more than 18 in the day, so the rooms were FREEZING! we asked at the reception for some heating and received some electrical devices but as soon as we stopped them, the room became freezing cold again. it would have been too dangerous to sleep with them on 3. Wanted to buy some drinks at the hotel but it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay by card. I won't change Bulgarian cash for 1 night stay. Where on decent world you cannot pay by card at a hotel?!? 4. Bathroom was: OLD, Rusty and the toilet & sink had stains on them ( I attached photos) 5. Breakfast is low quality and there are some ladies who cleanup tables that are wearing personal clothes, not restaurant specific ones, walking and staring at you while you're peacefully eating. Table clothes were badly stained, so dirty you almost lose your appettite if u still have one after seeing what this "buffet" offers 6. Frogs are swimming at evening in the pool . no fences around the property and huge bushes aside . Hope you enjoy you swimming the next morning! :)

The pool

The music is too loud every night! Is hard to sleep because of the music and the people from downstairs!

The location was good, nice pool (never got to use it) and everything was clean.

Being booked and paid for to stay there in this 4 star hotel but being placed by them in the cheaper Friends hotel 3 Star opposite with no reduction in price. I was told by a guest this is a common occurrence and has happened to them last year. Breakfast wasnt the best.

Everything

Pretty big room and the staff was either hit or miss. Some would answer no to everything beacuse yhey did not speak English while others were amazing like the bartender by the pool.

Bad small from bathroom. The entrance door was 5cm shorter, you can put hand under the door It was very noisy..you hear anything from the reception, bar, what other speak and do in the nearby rooms, difficult to sleep and rest. The water from pool was cold, you never find a sunbed because people "reserve" them with towels from 5am and the staf doesn't do nothing, they don't care about nothing. You can't sleep in morning because from 8:00am the cleaning staf also make a lot of noise and enter in the room, even if you are sleeping. The breakfast it's poor, very low quality food. The wifi it's very bad...you don't have internet in the rooms only in lobby near reception, even there the signal is poor. They said it's a ⭐⭐⭐⭐hotel, but I stayed in ⭐⭐⭐ hotels with mutch better conditions.

The room was big enough. On the first floor the noise from the loby was to loud for me.

Very bad breakfast. Cheap and absolutely disgusting food. The coffee was the worst I was ever tried.

Low freezing of air conditioner, was hot ar night.
