The continental breakfast was quite comprehensive, with plenty of choice. It was good value for money in a town where hotel prices are quite high. I was able to park in the small car park behind the hotel, which was very convenient. All the hotel staff I met were very helpful, courteous and conscientious. I will stay at the Lansdowne again when I visit Leamington Spa

Warm welcome; parking on site; good facilities and ample breakfast.

Found it difficult to find the parking upon arrival.

The room was far beyond our expectations, well decorated with a lovely walk in shower all spotlessly clean. Very good bed with very nice pillows and duvet, plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. The breakfast was a continental breakfast which was excellent with lots of fresh fruit. The breakfast room was very tastefully decorated but was quite small and could be a little crowded. Very nice lounge area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

The car park is very small and could only take five cars, for one night I had to park on the street. The hotel is situated on a very busy road junction. The access to the hotel is up three steps and not suitable for disabled people, however there is a rear access point from the car park which is much better.

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking round the town. Good-sized room, nicely furnished. Breakfast was fine.

Very comfy bed, sweet single room, lovely continental breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

I liiked the airlines of Room 8, the excellent choice at the continental breakfast bar and the great help of the proprietor in getting a taxi at short notice.

A rail for the front steps would be helpful. They are quite steep.
