S hotelu jsme byli úplně nadšení 🤩 Krásný a čistý pokoj. Wellness byl krásný nic nám tam nechybělo! A snídaně? Naprostá bomba 😍 můžeme jen doporučit! Určitě se někdy zase vrátíme ❤️

Hotel je mezi paneláky, trošku rušno od místních (děti, pejsci) ale když zavřete okno tak je to v pohodě 🙂

Comfortable bed

We arrived in the evening and got a room where it was 28°. Because we had to leave immediately to meet friends for dinner we didn't bother. Later that evening we got back and turned on the AC for the night. During that night my wife and I woke up repeatedly with a bursting headache from the heat in the room. In the morning it was still 28° so I went to the reception to notify about the defect. They said someone would check during our breakfast. After breakfast we were told it worked. Entering the room we realized this was not the case. I went back to the reception to complain and then got told there was a general problem and the engineer shut it down to do a general maintenance. Next night we spent at 27° and the window open, but that didn't cool down the room unfortunately. Second night of waking up frequently with headaches... I went to the reception again after breakfast and asked to speak to the manager. Immediately we got another room which was 23.5 degrees and had working A/C although it doesn't work that properly; it looks like it's centrally managed, so don't be fooled by booking. Com's advertisement. Luckily this room was on the 5th floor and opening the window there did cool the room to 21° which was nice to sleep. All in all we had a very bad experience in a so called 4* hotel. Bad service, being lied to by the people from the reception about the A/C. They even first tried to blame it on us kind of claiming we didn't know how it worked when I first reported it. We have AC at home ourselves at home and I'm a pretty technical guy. Breakfast was mediocre. Good pastries, but very poor choice of vegetables, juices are now like syrups. During our 2 week trip we had hotels rated less than 4 star with far better quality and service. I would never recommend this one to any friends or family.

Snídaně byla výborná,ocenila bych více druhů pomazánek,jinak vše skvělé

Líbilo se nám vše,jen hernička pro děti by mohla být větší a lépe vybavená

Fantastické snídaně,myslím že si vybere opravdu každý. Příjemný personál.

Jediné co můžu vytknout je manželská postel a parkování. Postele byli sražené k sobě a mezi matracemi se neustále tvořila mezera.

Čisté pokoje, tiché prostředí, krásné wellness. Prostorné parkoviště pod kamerou. Recepční milá slečna. Číšník v restauraci na svém místě a restaurace s dobrou kuchyní.

Nedostatečné množství psprchového gelu v koupelně při delším pobytu (asi zapomněli pokojské doplnit)

Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Sehr sauber, Wellness ist toll und auch das Essen ist sehr gut.

A szállás megfelel a 4 csillagos értékelésnek. A szobák modernek, az ágyak nagyon-nagyon kényelmesek, a takaró meleg. A reggeli kiváló, minden nap van 1-2 újdonság az előző naphoz képest. A sós és édes választék gazdag, vegán/vegetáriánus opciók is vannak (pl. növényi tej, vegán vaj), vasárnap pedig pezsgőt is kínáltak. A parkolás az utcafronton ingyenes, a hotel parkolója sorompóval van lezárva, így az fizetős.

A szobák valóban kicsit porosak, a TV nem okos TV, Netflix így nem működik rajta. Nagyon hiányzott a vízforraló a szobából, kávé, tea, víz nem volt bekészítve. A falak vékonyak, nagyon sok minden behallatszik a szobába.

The room was big enough for 2 people, good breakfast included in the price. Interesting bathroom configuration that may not be appropriate for everyone. For people who intend to share the room, be aware that the person showering might still be visible from the room.

While the room was in a decent state when we arrived (one could still see a dust layer on the table surfaces), it hasn't been cleaned during our 4-night stay at all. We would not expect it from any hotel, let alone the premium one. We felt that the breakfast tables could be cleaned up faster considering a large number of guests.

We loved the dinner at the hotel restaurant - it was really excellent and for a good price.

We were disappointed by the breakfast. The selection and quality was very average, underwhelming. The organization of the breakfast buffet was also surprisingly sub par. The breakfast coffee was simply ugly. A great contrast and surprise comparing to the excellent dinner.

Dinner was delicious, breakfast menu very big. The wellness area is nice and the staff friendly. The room's cleanliness was alright, it is spacious enough and very comfortable.

When we went for dinner at the restaurant, the staff did not tend to us at first. We stood there waiting to be seated, but apparently, we should have just chosen a table, but nobody told us. At checkout, even though we gave back our bathrobes directly at that time, the deposit was not taken off our bill, and a refund in euros was not possible which was not ideal for us.

Lovely and comfy room, the restaurant is amazing (both breakfast and regular menu), quite good wellness center. Staff was friendly.

Not enough chaise lounges around the pool and no hangers to hang your bathrobe.
