lovely old building, we had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, superb meal, local produce

unfortunately our bed linen was not clean, mattress cover had a unpleasant stain, the pillows did not have pillow protectors, again stained, also the quilt was not pleasant, a real shame, as this really let the hotel down, the rooms also need some updating and redecorating

was raining inside the room and the owners did not even apologize. they just pick up as during the night and moved to another room. we seemed to ha e botherd him.

An amazing location- 10 minutes and around 20 euros to Nimes centre and 20 euros by taxi to the airport. An amazing pool- one of the best for cleanliness, size and temperature. Lovely breakfasts, in a lovely setting. The staff were not over bearing. They won't approach you very much, but are helpful if you ask them!

The triple room we were staying in was a little compact- but very comfortable and clean. Good value for money.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Shower was good and bathroom all clean. Staff were all very friendly,

The pool appeared dirty, and tinged green. All the outside areas seemed tired and a little scruffy. It could do with a refurbishment and de-clutter. Breakfast was disappointing for the money.

The setting of the Hotel is simply beautiful and very tranquil. it was a joy that we found the Hotel Mas De Galoffre.

pool and room were amazing !! i love that part! the location was okay, but thank god for the campsite across the street for cheap eats. at the hotel it’s very overpriced . for that price the breakfast should be included. don’t book here if you don’t have a car , otherwise you will need to pay a taxi everytime you wanna go to the city centre.

the staff do not speak English and don’t even try. i bet if you are French you would have a lovely stay. even tho it says at the reception “here we speak English” they don’t. and sometimes they can come across rude . although we tried to speak with our minimum French , it was very hard to communicate with them. i understand the elderly people have a hard time to speak English but the young employees should be able to. specially if you work at a hotel.

the swimming pool is fantastic. very large, nice and calm.

Great place and great staff. Service was great. They really want to make sure you have all that you need.

I have to mention that there was a wedding in the hotel happening during our stay in the hotel and that I couldnt sleep because of the loud music and all the people with high heels going in and back in their rooms during the night. It was a bad experience for me as we were traveling with kids and we needed to have a good sleep before taking the road. Make sure they are no wedding when you stay there. Apart from that, everything was great.
