Great location, clean, exceptional staff with great customer service and attention to detail.

Room was small, limited space to store suit case.

It's a hotel with everything we need. The breakfast even includes fresh mint. The location is also good - not in the city center but in a nice and quiet district (issy). Will definitely stay for the next time.

Close to the metro station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was basic but good.

Rooms are super tiny, you cannot even open your suitcase. No soundproofing. Our room was not cleaned one day. Towels are small.

- the price is ridiculous, even if in the midst of a trade fair moment. - the hot water takes a good few minutes of full open water flow to come. not very environmentally sound.

extremely overpriced hotel, not competitive as it is outside paris and with many other hotels nearby. extremely small rooms and toilets, lack of key amenities: no minibar, no gym. there was not enough space to keep luggage organized specially if you dont travel with only hand luggage. the room is extremely small even for one person. The rooms are so close on to another that you will be able to hear your neighbors phone conversations. the cleaning didnt came to my room everyday, even at request.

Staff excellent couldn't be more helpful from reception to room attendants to breakfast staff Location last stop on metro but if you feel comfortable using public transport (which was very safe) the metro is a couple of meters away. 10minutes from Effiel Tower 20minutes from center 40 minutes from monmatre

Apparently the reception had some errors and gave someone else the key to my room. Late in the evening as I was changing, another guest walks in. Very very uncomfortable situation, and as I mention this to the reception, all I get was a ‘sorry’. I think this is completely unacceptable, so I would recommend everyone to keep their door extra locked all of the time.
