Great breakfast

We was late down for breakfast, but the staff offered us omelette and fruit.

The swimming pool wasn't in use,but we could use the neighbouring hotel.

It’s central to everything in Kingston. The food at the restaurant is very affordable. Breakfast is decent. They have a gym, tennis court and swimming pool on site. Staff is very courteous. Adequate parking.

Menu options for restaurant is too limited. The food available is not always tied to the menu provided. Instead, it is tied to what the chef prepares that particular day. Breakfast options are also limited. Therefore, what you eat for breakfast tends to get a bit repetitive after staying a few days

I liked staying at a place that's sort of a landmark in Kingston. The terrace of the restaurant is a fantastic place to sit and enjoy a cold beer, however the restaurant itself is not that great. It's an independent entity, and every morning the reception gives you a coupon, that you have to present in order to get your breakfast. The choices are quite limited however...

As this is primarily a sports club, I had the feeling that the hotel guests were not particularly in focus. I personally found it difficult to get any sort of support from the reception. It's clear the whole complex has seen better days... The pool area for example is quite desolate and totally not inviting:-(

It had the feel of a member's club. The property wasn't overwhelmingly huge and didn't feel at all crowded. The location was perfect, as was the proximity to the area's attractions.

The upholstered comfy single chair in the room. The fabric felt a little dusty and as someone who is sensitive to dust, my skin was a little itchy as a result. I would recommend hoovering the upholstery before/after every guest.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening meals were a good quality and value for money.

The local area can be noisy, and as rooms have some louvered windows it can be difficult to reduce external noise. However it should be remembered the nightlife and music is an important part of Jamaican life, but less noisy motorcycles would be nice!

no or very slow internet. was told that they are working on it on arrival. week later it still wasn’t fixed. breakfast that is included in the booking is mediocre. 2 eggs. toast and 2 slices of fruit. if you want anything else you have to pay extra Walls are paper thin and you hear everything

The facility isn't modern however it's great value for money

Beautiful grounds. Spacious comfortable room.

Had issue with wifi when arrived however staff was very accommodating to try n rectify issue.
