Loved the location, easy walk down to the beach and restaurants. Great 2 bedroom apartment for families, plenty of room to spread out. Clean, safe, easy to find and good deal for the price.

The checkin was the only part of the stay that was challenging. The checkin process took about 30 minutes, there were a few people in line ahead of us and we needed to park outside of the gated parking area on the road until we could get in. There was a lot of paperwork and it was slow. To be fair, there was only one person and about 6 sets of families all waiting to checkin at once.

The facility was decent

There were no man power. During check in and check out the reception area was always closed. No assistance given

Wifi was not working at all. In a low season parking is empty, why I have to pay it extra?

not very much , it was about the only place available in the place where we were stranded. if we would not have been travelling by bicycle, we would not have booked here. compared to all other places where we stayed the last 3 weeks, this one is clearly overpriced and taking advantage of the fact that nothing else is available.

we booked with booking and while the reception staff had the confirmation that the place was booked, we had to wait for more than an hour to get the appartment as the booking was not yet loaded in the hotels system. Waiting outside in january is not a pleasure. The wifi in the appartment did not work. while the servers signal was 100%, no connection to the internet was available. While the 2 of us had an apartment for 4 persons, only 1 person had warm water fot the bathtub. my wife had only cold water.

Location was good.. Apartment was clean.

Checking in reception was not until 17.00 hrs when the sun was at its hottest and there was no shade over where you had to stand for 20mins whilst they checked you in. We requested a cot but never got one. Kitchen needed a better coffee machine or kettle. There was no cloths or anything to wash up with.

You are able to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was clean, although the Livingroom with kitchen was a little bit less spacious than the other site at Islantilla.

It says beach front, but it wasn't. To get to the beach you had to walk a couple of minutes and then go down about 100 steps to the beach. There was other buildings on the way.

The apartment was comfortable and clean

The apartment was in a complex which we had not realised it would be. It was exceptionally difficult to find on the large and confusing "estate". The receptionist spoke very little English apart from asking for 60 euros for parking on site and off road parking was too far away to leave the car safely

A nice complex of apartments in three-storey houses. Our apartment was on the first floor of a house and had two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchenette organized as a dressing cabinet on one of the living room walls, opposite to the balcony. There was a table and two chairs on the balcony. The windows were looking on both opposite sides of the building, but you could not see the sea from any of them. When we entered, everything looked clean and smelled good. The access to the house and to the apartment is with rubber waterproof bracelets every family member receives at the reception and you leave them in the room when checking out. The bathroom was in the middle of the apartment and had no windows and no ventilation, so basically we had to keep the door open and ventilate it through the windows of the rooms. There was no included breakfast.

When trying to use the kitchenette, we had some unpleasant surprise with the cleanliness of the dishes, they seemed to be „rinsed” instead of washed by the previous tourists (some traces of food was left on them), put back in their place, and not verified by the cleaning staff, so we just had to wash everything before using. The wifi had the awkward system of authentication through the browser after connecting to the open network, where it asks you for your name/e-mail and you have to do it again every time you come back from a walk, from the beach or whatever. There are some „little/inoffensive” lies in the description of the property that will mislead tourists into higher expectations. The facility appears to have a small pool with a couple of sunbeds at the end of the complex, but we did not know about it as we weren't informed, and I don't even know if there was water in the pool. The description says „immediate access to the beach” but no, the location is not near the beach, as one might construe from the description, but it does not take too long to get to the closest beach, only about 5-7 min, but you have to go down some long (and steep) stairs and then climb them back when you return, so if you have someone with reduced mobility, you should take them to the beach on a longer way or better using the car. The description reads „free parking on site is subject to availability.” but instead they will charge you 10 euros even if the parking is completely empty. The access to the parking inside the complex is through a barrier that you can open with your bracelet AFTER you check in, and there is nobody to attend the barrier outside the very short check-in hours. The description reads „street parking” but they do not have anything to do with the street parking, there are no parking places on the street in front of the complex, and they will not inform you about the local parking rules.
