Great stay, Dean was great from the start answered all our questions quickly. Apartment true to pictures and description, spotless, everything we needed and beds really comfortable, location great. Can’t wait for our next stay.

We have just returned from a week’s stay in this Apartment. After 12 years of staying in Lanzarote over New Year I can honestly say this is one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in. An excellent location, great for a walk into the Old Town and pretty much in the heart of the strip with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. Once you step off the main drag to walk back up to the apartment it is very quiet. The apartment is spacious, very modern and comfortable. A gorgeous sunny view that you can sit and watch for hours. A good selection of UK channels if you can draw yourself away from the view and a Bluetooth speaker to play your own selection of music. A note to be made is that there are a lot of steps to the apartment, but this is typical with PDC and allows the great view but a point to make if you aren't so mobile. I would love to come back in the Summer to see if the pool ever warms up, you don't see many people in it (I went in once and got straight out again), we decided to use the beach as the sea was warmer and only a few minutes’ walk across the road. It would be nice to have lounger cushions to use by as the sunbeds by the pool are a little uncomfortable. Dean was always on hand to ask questions and he replied very promptly and very helpful. Location and views from the property are fantastic. The apartment has everything you could possible need - a real home from home. Dean the property manager was amazing too. I had a couple of queries upfront and whilst we were there, he always responded within minutes. If you’re looking for excellent accommodation, in a great location that’s extremely well managed then this is the property for you.

First of all I would like to get the negatives out the way, not only were there no welcome pack but there were no toiletries either which meant we had to go out and buy things like hand soap before we could even use the toilet, I hope Dean takes notice of this as we were all not only disappointed with this but very surprised as well, as apart from this Dean and his team has thought of pretty much everything else from the TV package and quality bluetooth speaker through to a good size safety deposit box. The apartment itself is fantastic, it was spotlessly clean with modern fittings throughout, the views from the balcony were fantastic where we sat and watched the sunset every night, the complex was very quiet as was the pool area where you have allocated sunbeds solely for your use. The area the complex is sited in is very good with many bars and restaurants all within a short walk as was the fab beach with all its amenities, the other areas of interest like the old town and its harbour were only a short 10-15 minute stroll. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, would we come back ? yes we would

This is a very good standard of accomodation in a great location for all bars and restaurants, whilst in a very quiet complex. If there was a complaint it would be that there was no 'fact' sheet of literature in the apartment about the local amenities. Not really a complaint, just an observation!

It was our second stay in this property and once again it was fantastic!The location is superb and would definitely recommend it.

Arrival details perfect. Met Dean the following morning. We had a few small issues with the apartment but it was dealt with immediately. Apartment lovely and clean. Wifi excellent which was good for my teenage son. Overall great stay and would definitely come again.

Great apartment in fabulous complex. Everything you need for a self catering holiday in the sunshine. Close to everything but set back enough that you do not hear the noise from the strip.

This apartment was beautiful and furnished to a very high standard. It had the most comfortable beds also. Fantastic location, literally across the road to the beach, 2 mins to the strip full of restaurants, bars and shops (but couldn't hear a thing at night). Will definitely return again. Thank you Dean

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Quiet location but near to everything.

The apartment is a spotless , contemporary and perfect for a getaway in Puerto Del Carmen .really comfy beds and facilities in the apartment but as the location of it is minutes away from lots of bars and restaurants and the beach we had no need to cook at all ! Having your own sunloungers for the Pool was easy to access and guaranteed a sun bed ! As soon as you come into the complex you don’t hear a sound and you have the most amazing views sitting on the balcony in peaceful Lanzarote watching the sunset .Dean was on hand to give us lots of tips on restaurants and where to go , hiring a car was really simple and cost-effective on the island . Throughly recommend this apartment . All the Previous reviews are absolutely spot-on about the apartment I would definitely come again

Central location is excellent. Beautiful sea views. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Access for anyone with mobility issues will be challenging due to elevated position on the complex. Would stay here again

This apartment is one of the best you will find in Lanzarote. Ideally placed for all bars/restaurants/shops and beaches. Old town nearby too, for some great restaurants. The apartment itself is fantastic, very modern, clean and the rooms are a perfect size.; shower is superb as is kitchen area. Beach towels provided which is a bonus, as are the sun loungers. TV with Sky and BT sports means you'll never miss a game too! The views are excellent, as per the photos and it really is a home from home, amazingly quiet considering how close to the Avenida it is. You may find slightly cheaper apartments on this complex, but I would highly recommend this one. Dean was excellent to deal with too. A perfect relaxing week. Will look to stay here again, but will need to book early I think as it is very popular!

We have stayed in lots of apartments in Lanzarote and this is the best everything you need and all on the seafront but stil very quiet spotlessly clean on arrival and very easy to book will definitely be back

Superb views from balcony and an ideal location for the beach and bars/restaurants on the front. Quiet and secluded. We are a retired couple in our seventies and found the steps and slopes no problem at all Will certainly return

This is an excellent apartment which has stunning views. It is set just off the promenade but is extremely quiet. The interior is spacious and offers well presented furniture and facilities especially the bathroom/walk in shower, which delighted us. The TV has an amazing range of options with tv channels galore,films,and music etc. A special thanks to Dean for his patience and prompt response when we had internet problems. Just one note -- the access to the complex and apartment is via a fairly steep slope and steps. We do not hesitate to recommend this apartment and have already booked for next year.
