The house is spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. It is located close to the beach, an easy 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for memorial day, my boyfriend and his friends had a softball tournament in morro bay. The house was beautiful and clean. Check in was very easy. The house was very big and spacious we had a lot of room for all of the couples to have their own space.

We came up for a family trip with 6 adults and 2 kids. House was excellent for our purpose and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved the quiet beach community and the house was perfect for a Thanksgiving holiday with some family. The kitchen was well-equipped for making a holiday meal. We cooked together, had a meal with a few more family members in the area, and enjoyed exploring the area. The town is quiet at this time of year and we loved it. Close to many good hiking and walking trails, Hearst Castle for touring, and a beautiful sunset view every night. The outside space is so pleasant for sitting, and the inside space is great for gathering and watching football. Clean and comfortable, we appreciated the nice setting for our trip.

We loved this place. Perfect location. 3 block walk to the ocean. Quiet beach. Beautiful. Neighborhood filled with adorable homes. Single story. The house was comfortable, felt so peaceful. Allowed for togetherness but also space. Very clean. Extra touches were nice. Makeup towel. Soft towels. Kleenex boxes all over. Stain remover. Simple things. Windows felt high end. We had them open often to allow the breeze in. When u closed them blocked out the street noise. Which was our only worry when we booked but really was not an issue for the stay. Mgmt company checked in on us. We loved staying here.

When we arrived at our house, we were surprised by how spacious it was! I expected traffic noise, but was pleasantly impressed with how quiet it was inside the house. Everything was clean and ready for us. One of our friends is a gourmet cook and he found everything he needed for meal prep in the well stocked kitchen. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely have this home on our preferred rental list!

My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this vacation home. It was comfortable and close to everything. We loved the space and the layout. We’ll definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the home and the location was perfect. Very clean and well kept. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit and made good use of the BBQ and ping pong table.

This was by far the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Not only was it clean and up to date, but the beds were amazingly comfortable, there were tons of areas to spread out and relax, and the patio was outstanding. We wished we didn’t have to leave.

The house was very spacious for all eight of us. 3 kids and 5 adults. Would highly recommend if you want a short walk to the beach! Also cyucos is very close as well!

We really enjoyed the house - we were conducting some research and the space was perfect for being able to process our samples and organize our gear while sleeping and eating comfortably! Will definitely try and book again in the future.

Our family of six had plenty of room and we really enjoyed the fact that it was close to the ocean and near all of the local points of interest. The decor was welcoming, the kitchen amenities were perfect, the house was immaculate, and the ping pong table and bikes were a big hit.

Nice space for a large family to relax near the ocean. Plenty of space to sleep and hang out without tripping over each other. Beach that is down the street is not dog friendly but dog friendly beaches are close by. The house has plenty of supplies for cooking and entertaining. Very enjoyable stay in Morro Bay.

No air conditioning but found a lot of fans very hot and parking is difficult unless you have small cars the house was nice

This rental was amazing. Very well stocked kitchen. Everything you need is there. Very comfortable for us. Great chairs outside. We sat out there a lot. Worse part was freeway but you get used to it.

This property was fantastic. All of the amenities you would need to cook, play and stay. They really didn’t miss a beat. The space is large enough to accommodate multiple age groups all doing their own thing, yet together. Perfect for our two week stay!

Spacious rental.
This is a well cared for home, thoughtfully stocked for renters. There is minimal backyard space, but it is enclosed for dogs. The front has an open seating area, as the photos show. Biggest negative was freeway noise. For that reason, we would choose a different site next time. The dog beach and dog park are short drives and there are lovely walks nearby.
