Location is good.
No Facilities in the Hotel.

The wait time for food while ordering dinner. Also they could have checked us in a bit early.

Great location on the sea front.
Still undergoing renovations. No facilities at all. Room was tired and poorly decorated and built. Breakfast was so poor we didn’t return the next morning.

Great location, very quiet area, good parking and close to seafront/ town centre.
Not a criticism, but there is some renovation work being carried out, which i am sure will be a big improvement when finished. Other parts of the property do need upgrading but it would appear the owners are doing this bit by bit.

everything was just perfect location was perfect 👌
the owners was very helpful polite and very welcoming on our arrival the food was excellent I'd rate this place 10 out of 10 and will definitely go back there again

The Sea View room is amazing.
Shanklin beach is 1 minute walk.
Lifts are a big issue.
No staff present at night
A bit too expensive for the sea view rooms.

Great Location, Good basic breakfast and Good Wi-Fi connection.
Not a dislike but FYI there are a lot of steps and stairs which you are made aware of before you book.
Some decoration a little tired but it wouldn’t put me off booking again.

The view was really, really amazing(!!!!!!!), the staff were helpful, the breakfast was tasty. We stayed for almost a week, and there were all the necessary things in the room, like spare towels, bin bags, some hangers, dishwashing liquid. You couldn't hear the other guests, so it was really a relaxing time. The breakfast options were mainly of the full English breakfast type (beans, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, toast, sausages, etc), with some croissants, chocolate waffles, juice and and pain au chocolat. There was good wifi and free car parking.
I can't think what I'd like to change.

Bathroom towels up on high self no good is your short person it was not clear in room breakfast was all cold not good for money and no light outside
