What a great little guesthouse well located in Portaria. Very clean, secure, newly renovated, quiet, modern tiled shower, comfortable bed, good airconditioning. Don't hesitate!

Basic and lovely room. Great value for money! Clean, modern design and elevator. Has all the basics needs. Hosts are super nice!

A little difficult to find as the restaurant for breakfast as it is not "adjacent' but is across the road, but not a huge problem. Great system for access to the property. The host was very helpful and overall this property is highly recommended.

The guest house is located in the center of Portaria, very convenient for every traveler. I was looking for a room to use as a basis to discover Pelion mountain and that's exactly what I found. The room was big enough for a couple and one child to stay and there was a private bathroom, very helpful if you travel with children. There was also a common kitchen on the floor, we used it once and it was ok. Remember: this is a guest house, which means it is not suited for a demanding customer who seeks a lot of amenities and extras. No breakfast included, and surely none of the many little things you find in a three or four star hotel. Recommended for the traveler who wants to explore and have a cozy room for rest, for a great price, one of the best at this time of year.

I would like to have a small table in the room, there was only one in the balcony. Also, the size of the room was adequate if you travel with one child age up to 6 years old. For elder children I would consider it small. Another thing is the sockets: only two in the room, one of them suitable only for flat cable, not shuko. It didn't ruin my stay since I had only on tablet to charge, but if you have more than two devices, there will definitely be a problem.

The couple who runs the place are really friendly, nice and helpful.

The toilet should get fixed. It's a bit old.
