Night reception is not friendly at all, 24/7 reception is not true, when you call from the room to the reception in midnight I was in the wait for hours so I called with my cellphone while I was on my way to the reception you will see a guy on his phone nobody in the lobby doing literally nothing. And when you say to him that he looks really busy and he can’t take the phone he told me that I offended him now and He refused to open the door for me while I was only getting knifes and forks for my food I waited 30 minutes in the lobby because that reception didn’t wanted to open the door for me anymore after 30 minutes his colleague came and opened the door for me also his colleague just answered the phone straight away when you called I couldn’t get in my room where I paid for absolutely ridiculous

Room and bathroom were a little tired but still comfortable and smart looking. View from the balcony was fantastic looking at the waterways next to the hotel. Food in the restaurant was very good and resasonably priced. Staff very friendly and attentive. The overall look of the reception and restaurant area was fantastic.

Keycard didnt work and had to walk the entire length of the hotel to ask reception to provide a new key. The hallways condition was very bad compared to the rest of the hotel with a bucket catching water, missing ceiling tiles, stained carpets, divets of wall missing presumably caused by cases smashing into them but not touched up. Outdoor bar and restaurant area overlooks the car park which is a shame given the view on the opposite side of the hotel.

Hotel too far out of town. Taxi's expensive and one driver tried to cheat us. Whilst food was good the menu was limited especially at lunch time.

Comfortable beds, big rooms, balcony. Big bathroom with large bathtub and shower. Variety of choice at breakfast.

Vegan meals are missing at breakfast.
