Love the beach and how the hotel is set up!!! It felt like I was there by my self with my own personal butler.

Perfect location with a fantastic view, nice room, and accommodating hostess! It's a boutique hotel with almost a personal service.

I stayed at this place based on the reviews read prior to booking and also because I wanted to save on spending money on all meals but after staying here, this place has more cons to me than it does pro. The pros are: The views from the ocean view room was absolutely breathtaking and it was very calming hearing the sound of waves when you wake up in the mornings I guess this could be a pro and a con but my husband and I initially booked a garden view room but our room was given to another guest and we weren’t notified about it until we arrived which I thought could’ve been communicated since they have my contact information and they could’ve communicated with me through the booking.com app but we got an upgrade to an ocean view room with a bigger tv to compensate for the inconvenience Another pro was that they allowed you to check in earlier than the 3 pm time which was good for us since we traveled a long way They also had hot and cold water which was great for us because the days we stayed it rained a lot and the nights were very cold so we just used hot water The staff was friendly

I didn’t like that the staff was only concerned about the money I owed upon arrival since they only took a prepayment prior to my arrival; the guy didn’t even help us to park. As soon as the car stopped he came by the window with the receipt in my face telling me what I had to pay like we were some shady people that they couldn’t trust. I’m like my god man at least allow me to get out of the car first, I wouldn’t book a place if I had no money to stay here. The breakfast to me that was provided wasn’t worth it for the cost of the place. We had to order more things so we could be more full after breakfast which cost us extra money The fact that Moxons is very far from other restaurants and you’d have to drive a good distance to Ocho rios town I feel their menu was very limited for everything because you could only eat what they have at the moment and that needs to change to have more variety for guests The door to room 305 needs fixing because the lock is spoilt and the door won’t lock properly plus it kept shaking and disturbing our sleep all night when the wind blew so we had to put a chair behind it to have a more peaceful sleep They had no security at the gate so each time we wanted to leave we had to walk and look for someone to let us out and the one guy does everything

If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay where you're treated like the only guests that matter, this is the place for you! The rooms and outdoor spaces are charming and unique. Meals are made to order, staff is always on hand to help and cater to your needs. Upgrade to an oceanfront room - you'll be amazed at the beautiful, comfortable balconies with view of the beautiful green/blue water.

It’s private little beach and pontoon. The feeling of relaxation and the staff being willing to please. The location suited us perfectly. The shower had a good pressure and plenty of hot water.

Difficult to say what we didn’t like as it provided the peace and tranquillity we were sorting. If we had to say one thing it would be, new bed linen would hugely benefit the sleeping experience.

The WiFi was patchy on the sunbathing deck, but this is probably a good thing
