1. the levels numbering are confusing 2. the lift's access card is not working well, unable to read the card fast enough 3. the towels are old 4. no trash bags for litter bin 5. wifi was not working well 6. no tissue box 7. no refreshments ie tea bags, sacket of sugar etc

Property was good with prime location but it’s an apartment n no services like in a hotel even we have to clean ourself

Security procedures, no extra key provided so one has to be dependent on one key as without key u can’t operate lift too

I loved the 24hrs lobby system… so good to feel someone is there to assist when u need help but it wasn’t required as everything was so perfect. The unit was clean and the location was strategic. The convenient store was just across the street.

Location of the apartment, ambience view through the window, kitchen amenities are great and well equip, security guard are nice and helpful. Swimming pool big enough for guest and clean environment. One parking provided for guest. Shops are nearby and very convenient with restaurant, convenient stores, Watsons, Family Mart, Starbucks cafe etc.

Toilet were smelly, and the toilet bowl water flow not strong enough to flush. Washing machine cannot use (can't finish wash and spin, end up cloths are wet soaked, i use the same model washing machine at home so familiar with the machine setting). Guest is 5 of us but only get 4 towels. Fixed telephone line not applicable but can sent message WhatsApp through the given number.

nice view n cooling there wasn’t any toaster although it’s in the inventory list. water pressure is exelent

the way to parking is awkward with many beams

The unit is very big and spacious.

Master bedroom mattress and pillows needs to be replaced as it’s over utilised. Living room sofa has stains
