Beautiful house, will definitely stay there again in the future

Our three-generation family had a wonderful reunion in this lovely, large, and well-appointed home. The gourmet cooks loved the kitchen, the grandchildren the pool, and everyone the hot tub. The location is excellent: near parks, stores, and hiking. We found the staff very helpful and responsive—and a special shout-out to Corey for heating up the spa whenever we asked.

Heated pool in November was THE BEST! We always rent a house at Thanksgiving, and this house had the warmest and best pool! Other pools were never warm enough. Cory was very easy to contact to switch heating whenever we requested it. Very nice house layout & large rooms. Extra fridge in garage is a must for us & it was great! We would definitely stay again! There was an issue with the side door into the garage that wouldn’t shut & someone came to fix it in less than 1/2 hour! Just a couple issues with understanding details - Just go by the document they send rather than the VRBO listing details. Messages were answered promptly when clarification needed. Only con for us - we’ve rented many many Phoenix VRBOs and this was the least stocked with paper products & items (few hangars, no light bulbs, batteries, kitchen wrap etc). But I’d definitely stay again just have to shop more.

The home is just as the pictures show. Very clean and beautiful. Lots of room and space for the whole family to spread out. Very quiet neighborhood. The manager went beyond to help me with an issue that had nothing to do with the home. Came thru and saved the day for me. The grounds are very nice and clean. I would highly reccommend.

The house was just as advertised. Large and it accommodated all the family. There was a high chair, stroller and travel bed for the baby. Everyone loved the pool. We were in it every single day. Thank you for having so many beach towels available. We made use of all of them and the washer/dryer worked great. The kitchen was large and was a dream to work in. The Beds were comfortable and there were many lounging and talking areas, both inside and out , that we were all able to enjoy ourselves. I have two suggestions: (1)There should be a lantern over the grill. It was so dark we couldn't see what we were cooking . We had to use the flashlight on our phones. (2) There were so many light switches and remotes. It would be nice if they were labeled. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone with a large group. We had six adults and six children. Five stars.

This place is amazing!! Plenty of room for sleeping and gathering. Pool and spa were amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay here! Close to ALDIs, very nice neighborhood, great communication with manager of property, beautiful outdoor area and pool and spa! The kitchen and living area was perfect for us to gather and visit! Had everything you would need and more! Would stay again! Thank you for making it easy!

This house is absolutely perfect. It was very clean and VERY WELL stocked. Lots of towels for the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The barbecue grill was clean and easy to use. We had plenty of room for sleeping with 8 adults and 6 kids. It was very hot while we were there and the pool was a great reprieve from the heat. The kids spent most of their day in the pool. The neighborhood is nice - the road noise from the street out back did not bother us. Highly recommend this house.

This is our first experience with vrbo .it was really excellent experience. Charged my perspective on hotel vs home. We'll only book vrbo moving forward. Thank you for everything.

We held our family reunion in Mesa this year. We had just over 50 people, most of which live in Arizona. This property was perfect for the 4 families. That came from out of State. The accommodations were perfect with all the conveniences of home. We highly recommend this property.

Was the perfect place for our youth group. Plenty of beds, didn’t feel crowded, and great location.

Very spacious and pool area was good for family fun, some of the pool area furniture and grill area are beginning to show its time in the sun and use, the only other negative would be the backyard backs up to a busy road, hence road noise is a bit much, especially rush hour times.

Property is very clean and well cared for, up-to-date furnishings, linens, kitchen items, etc. Using the pool and spa was terrific after a busy day and the outdoor lighting perfect in the evening. If you like to sleep late on weekdays the road noise on the other side of the backyard wall could wake you up but as early-risers this wasn't the case with our family. Everything seemed pretty perfect, expectations easily met!

This house was well stocked, clean and ready to accommodate a large group. The property manager was flexible and responsive but not over-bearing. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

This is a very nice home and accommodated our group of 8 adults quite nicely. The kitchen had plenty of room for everyone to prepare food. The outside area was spacious and comfortable. The master suite was as advertised and beyond. A couple of negatives for future reference. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms with only one bathroom. There is a powder room with a separate shower on the main floor. However, no one in our group used this extra shower due to logistics from the bedrooms. The pool heater stopped working sometime between the guests before us and our stay. I was completely reimbursed for the heater upcharge and certainly cannot fault the owners for a mechanical malfunction. However, the communication between Corey (owner?), the property manager group and us was, at best, lacking. We were in Mesa for our daughter's wedding and certainly did not want to spend every day on the phone trying to rectify the situation. Also, be wary of road noise, especially in the upstairs bedroom facing the road and uptight neighbors with a large barking dog.

Everything was extremely simple from the reservation to check out. They responded quickly with turning the pool heat on and it was ready by morning. Great trip and great time.

It was a great location and had the right amount of bedrooms and baths. Was disappointed that there was only one bath upstairs for four bedrooms. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Overall it was a great stay. There are a couple of things that can be improved. Heating the pool needs to be a better system. It’s super inconvenient to have to contact someone to change from the pool to the hot tub. Especially when they don’t answer or respond right away. When you have more than 10 people staying in a house it should be stocked to reflect that (toilet paper, paper towels).

This house was a great stay for our girls soccer team. The bedrooms were large and spacious and the neighborhood was clean and quite. I would recommend this place for families large or small.

Second time around at this location for our family gathering in January over the Martin Luther King school holiday. We voted last night. It’s unanimous. We want to return to this specific house again, and again, and again..

What a great property! Visited for a family vacation (6 adults, 7 children -age 10 months to 10 years). We found the property just as expected based on the description. Location was great as it was easy to access other parts of Phoenix. Kitchen equipment was adequate. Heated pool was lovely and enjoyed by our littles and adults!! We would love to come back some day!

We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. The only flaw was the pool and spa that we paid for were not heated when we arrived. 3 out of 7 days we could not use.

Had an excellent stay. The house was fully loaded with anything that you could have wanted. We were in for a week for a family wedding and the house was very spacious for all our needs.

Same with the kitchen- no problem for seven ladies to bustle about cooking. The Neighborhood is very quiet, very safe. You can see that the house is constantly well cared for. We only have tiny suggestions- the front door is very tight, and an automatic front door light would be welcome. Lovely experience!!

This property was perfect for our 4 families coming together for a wedding. The house was clean, spacious, and the pool was beautiful! The check in was easy, and the property manager was easy to work with, very responsive and very accommodating. The house was well equipped (We’ve stayed in rental houses where they only give you 1/2 tool of toilet paper, and 1 dishwasher pod- not this house- it had everything we needed!) Also, the checkout was easy. There was no requirement to do tons of laundry or cleaning before we left, just a few details were asked of us. Had a great time! Thanks for having us!

We took a quick weekend trip to Mesa. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space.
