Great place, really cool, very clean place. I had an issue and they were very accommodating in resolving as well so great hosts as well.

the apartment itself was relatively modern and clean

the building smelt very bad of cigarette smoke. the key we were provided with did not give us access to the building and we were unable to contact the host to give us the correct key for over one hour. the room was very cold. the wifi did not work. there were empty cans of alcohol on the stairs inside and outside the building, as well as rubbish. the bed was uncomfortable. we were advised that we could have guests attend to visit as long as they did not sleep over, we did this and our deposit was held. the building was not in a great location and the people within were not friendly at all. would avoid staying here, there is way better value for money around Sheffield. if you do stay, expect an old, cigarette smoke, strange building with little help from the staff themselves.

Cosy apartment. Nice size very clean and well maintained. I loved it.

The bed was not very comfortable and I would sink in the middle of the bed wherever anyone slept with me. Maybe the mattress needs to be replaced. However, the host was attentive to my request and provided me with a new iron and ironing board.

The best shower pressure you can ever find. Fantastic staff, they were extraordinarily nice and helpful. Loved my stay there.

The old features of the building, closeness to the city centre & quietness.

The coldness of the apartment and not having any additional heaters, the thin summer duvet which was provided for the middle of winter for the sofa bed. The lack of cutlery meant we had to let the children eat first then our selves but by this time our food was cold and to top it off the sink wouldn't drain away so we couldn't wash up. As you looked around the property it was a bit rundown in need of a little boost for example grouting in the bathroom needed replacing, the bedside light not working, photos lifting, the carpet in the bed needed cleaning etc... Easy things to fix but hadn't been taken care of. When somewhere is advertised to sleep/accommodate 4 people then everything should be provided we were missing a pillow for the sofa bed so our young children agreed as sharing one between two isn't comfortable, in the end due to the coldness they had to sleep in our bed with everyone wearing jumpers and socks over our PJ's. The apartment states it has a patio with outdoor furniture, this feels misleading as the corridor to the apartment is what seems to be used as a makeshift indoor patio with indoor furniture unfortunately there is also a cabinet and a load of cleaning equipment there as well not really a patio and definitely doesn't look like the photos. All in all not a good stay nor value for the money we paid.

Although location is within walking distance of Sheffield centre it is located in an industrial area. .

The entrance to the building was in the dark when I arrived at 5pm and it was hard to see the key safe. Had to use the light on my phone Main Bed was very uncomfortable with sunken areas, needs to be replaced. I used the sofa bed instead. Although the shower was good, the water did not drain away quick enough, so I had to turn the shower off before it flooded the bathroom.

When we arrived we found that the key for the outside door to the apartment block did not work and were stuck outside the building for some time. Thankfully someone was able to help us get into there building and the caretaker of the building was able to give us a replacement key however had he not been there we would have been stuck. The kitchen was very poorly stocked - there were no pots or pans, no baking tray etc for the oven and very few utensils and cutlery. I contacted the host but got no reply. I needed to cook for my daughter so ended up having to go out a buy a pot etc myself.

Overall had a great stay and would book again!

There was no hand wash or soap in the property at all and the shower didn’t drain properly so you could only shower for 5 minutes before bathroom floor was flooded. Also all kitchen ware needed to be washed before we used it. And would benefit from more kitchen utensils like a tin opener and scissors.
