great location, very clean

checking in is a bit complicated if you don’t speak Spanish and have a dodgy mobile signal!

there were a permanent sewage smell that couldn't be erased by opening the windows.

So close to the town and all the sights, a great apartment for seeing Mérida

Location was good to main centre of town and there was a large grocery shop very close. Place was very clean and comfortable. Very nice host. Very helpful for getting us into building. Only stayed one night, would take this place again if staying more nights in future. Lots of paid parking options available if driving.

The apartment offered everthing we needed and is well maintained. Easy communication.

people who are managing the property. this apartment is really very well located and totally clean (highest rate to a cleaning service), but the process of communication with a host was terrible. one day before arrival they asked me to fulfill and sign lots of questionnaires. otherwise they didn’t give me the entrance code (despite the fact the property was already paid)! after fulfilling all the necessary fields they said “no way, you need to sign the contract”. ok, I signed. No, they answer “another person must sign it as well”, but the thing that from my MacBook I didn’t have that “signature field” for the second person. I asked for the clear instructions of how to do that - silence in reply. I asked to provide us with a paper contract in the property for make the process easier - silence in reply. so at night before traveling and driving 500km I had to call to my friends who had different computer to help me!! otherwise I couldn’t get the entrance code! this is why the stuff gets the worst rate: for my inconvenience, for silence and no readiness to help, for myself not to have a proper rest before driving. please take it into account: if you’re booking this property, be ready to get no clear instructions from the host, be ready to be ignored. cannot recommend this property at all.

The apartment was nice and modern. Very big terrace too. It's a shame that the communication was bad, it would be a great apartment to stay at.

The communication with the owner was TERRIBLE. We realized around 9 pm that there were no blankets at all in the house, only the sheets, and it's November, so it was cold. The owner said he was going to send someone. We asked what time the person was coming multiple times and had no reply whatsoever until the next morning. He was reading our messages and not replying. We waited up until around midnight and finally went to bed wearing sweaters and long pants. Honestly, I would never go back to his apartment. If there were a bigger problem, you'd be on your own. There is also no place to hang towels.

The location was perfect for us - close to the train station, a good supermarket and an easy walk to all the sites in Mérida. The staff was friendly, helpful and explained everything including local suggestions. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Apartment very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying here a lot. Location close to the city center.

I thought that the apartment was very nicely decorated and well equipped. There is a decent sized terrace with table and chairs for sitting outside, which is a nice touch. It is a very short walk to the main parts of the city and there is public parking very close by. The 2 capsules of decent coffee were very much appreciated! All in all I thought the quality of the apartment was very good.

The location is on a rather busy road so it was a wee bit noisy at times

Location for sightseeing Space Bathroom Ok equipped kitchen Bed is comfortable Air con!!! Comfortable stay all in all.

No natural light. I felt a bottle of water (in the fridge) would be welcome for guests arrival...it's cheap for you to do and would be appreciated! The hallway is very dark and took some time to locate the light switch upon arrival. Small details, nothing major! Cant comment on staff as no personal contact

Just a little concern that the bedrooms only had windows opening onto the corridor ,, so light came into the room if the light in the other bedroom was on,but not a major concern

Virtually everything else.

My only negative would be the raised door frame. Easy to trip over it. Side lights in the sitting area would be good. Overhead lighting is harsh.
