El sitio inmejorable, cuidado pero está dentro de las instalaciones de bajas emisiones de reims y no se puede tampoco llegar a la puerta si tuvieras mucho equipaje ya que es una calle con control de acceso por bolardo. . El propietario fu atento. El número de la calle tampoco conincidia. Parecía de la información que era el 43 y después nos indico el 29, pero allí estaba el piso. Es un primero sin ascensor. La luz de la escalera está justo debajo de los contadores.

Lo primero es que indica que el establecimiento tiene parking pero es es la calle pública.... Nos indico un lugar para aparcar o de paso en la calle ( zona naranja) o gratuita, pero ambas en las zonas de bajas emisiones Por lo que si no obtendría el indicativo local para vuestro coche ( dicen que tarda 15 días en Italia enviártelo a ti domicilio) la multa es enorme. Espero no nos llegue. La ducha no tragaba pero tampoco reboso. Los calentadores estaban programados para 19 grados, que es frío....Muchas gracias

The sofa was broken and couldn't be unfolded. The kids had to sleep on the matress on the floor. The kid's duvet looked grey and stained. We used our own sleeping bag.

Great location. Literally around the corner from the cathedral and a short walk from majority of major sites.

Front door lock a bit of a mission. Toilet VERY cramped. Shower threatened to overflow after only a couple of minutes. Stairs also a bit suspect….

Location was good

The toilet is too small and dirty as if the host doesn’t care about paying guest and you can barely shut the door once you are in the toilet. Sofa bed was so poor that my two daughters woke up with back pain.

Excellent location: quiet Street in just 2 minutes walk from the cathedral, Good design, more Than enough place for a couple.

Amazing location in the town center overlooking arguably the world's most beautiful cathedral. Clean and tidy, and we were happy to have a washing machine. Good communication from the host.

the toilet is too small, if you are tall person 180 or more it will not fit with door closed ! so if travelling with friends be informed about that not suitable for child stroller transporting up the stairs .. steep and dangerous shower is not very clean and clogs be weary of that !

Checkin was perfect. We just took the keys from the key box. Checkout the same. The flat is in a really really good shape, everything very new and nicely arranged. The view to the church is amazing. We stayed for one night and hat a great stay.

This apartment is ideally located within a stone’s throw from the Notre Dame de Reims. There are great restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and checkin was easy. The host was also very responsive to our questions.

-flash tank in the toilet doesn't work, and the smell in the hall room is annoying. -tiny old toilet with water leaking from the valve and in needs almost an hour to be refilled after each use, the owner did not accept this problem and after sending the message, he told us “yes I know about this issue, I will solve it next month“!!! but when we reviewed the comments from other clients, it seems this problem has existed since several months and just it’s becoming worse and worse but the owner doesn’t care about this issue and continue to earn money from poor clients…. due to this issue we asked the owner to cancel our reservation but he declined, after several discussion with the owner (through chat room of Booking), he finally told us that he will be ok for reimbursement of the 2nd day if we leave the apartment, so we booked another hotel and we left this apartment, but surprisingly when we asked for refund, the owner has denied again and did not give back our money for the 2nd night! -for entering the house, you have to pass very 15 tiny and old stairs, if you have children be careful about that, and there is no safety distance between stairs and door of the apartment. -bedsheet and towels had the smell of cigarette on it . -kettle and coffee machine are full of scale. -for check in and check out there is a box you have to put the key on it and you never see the owner it was so strange for us but after we found the issue on the toilette, it was obvious for us that he is hiding to not face customers.

all was perfect, easy check in, quick comunication with owner. Perfectly clean, comfortable big bed, nice bathroom. Located in the center close to beautiful Cathedral.
