Family vacation to Malibu. This property was fantastic. The views are about as good as you can get. The house was beautiful and the newly redone infinity pool and jacuzzi were the favorites of our kids. The location is great right across from Malibu pier and about 1 mile from the Malibu Colony shopping and food district.
The hosts were awesome and showed us how to use everything and answered all of our questions. Really fantastic experience all around.

Our family of 4 loved our trip to Malibu and this beautiful home! Alex (our contact with Stay Awhile) went out of his way to make sure we got into the house after our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until 2am.
When we woke up the next morning we were amazed by the beautiful views. The infinity pool (not currently in the photos) is gorgeous--and we had so much on the second level of the deck playing corn hole with our 2 teenage daughters. The house is centrally located in Malibu. Right up the hill from the pier and Malibu Country Mart. We can't wait to return!!

My experience was amazing throughout the whole stay. Everyone was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. I will be recommending the properties at Stay Awhile Villas to all of my friends and family

The pictures do not do this place justice. The pool was renovated recently and is now an infinity pool with hot tub attached.
The layout was great for us to spread out and still get some work done during the week.
The entire house was incredibly clean and served us just like our own little resort with great amenities.
The privacy is great and we will definitely be coming back soon!

My mom, brother and his family, and my two teenage sons and I needed to get away from it all and have some quality family time for the holiday. From the moment I landed I knew we would be taken care of! Daniela reached out to make sure she knew what time to meet us at the house to show us around. When we walked in we were blown away by the beauty of the house and the location. Everything was immaculate and as described online. The layout was absolutely perfect for my family. We have two family members that cannot do stairs and there are two main-level bedrooms with attached bathrooms and it was perfect. To wake up in the morning to the beautiful beach was fantastic. We had Christmas Eve dinner at Nobu - which we could see from the house (and we could see the house from Nobu!). We couldn't have found a better place for our trip if we had dreamed it up ourselves. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend. Daniela was extremely responsive and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was going well. We were only upset when it was time to leave. We will definitely find a reason to come back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The following are the only complaints. House was not clean. Floors were not clean. Master bathtub was dirty. Master TV would not work, even after Stuart came and tried to fix it. All the other TV's would take our youtube app except for the master, which where I was staying. Pool was dirty, floor of it had a lot of debris. Pool and spa were very low on water and had to be replenished with hose. Other than that we enjoyed the house

Stunning views and really comfortable beds. Pool and Hot Tub controls by iPad were easy and efficient. Had everything we needed, as well - including ocean and pool gear.

The views from the hills are unbelievable and better than pictured. We got the muffled roar from the ocean along the wonderfully fresh air. The house furnishings and decor are beautiful and were very commodious for our group. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by Highly recommend

Our favorite rental ever!!!
This was the most we have ever paid for a vacation rental and it was well worth it! The house was beautifully appointed, the view was unbeatable, the team taking care of us were very accommodating and helpful and the place was super clean. We were also happy to find most kitchen utensils we needed to make breakfast and simpler lunches. We had such a good time playing in the pool and making s’mores and the sunrises and sunsets were incredible. We will definitely be back.

Our week stay at this home was perfect. The property was beautiful and quite clean. Property management was so easy to work with and provided great recommendations on activities during our stay. Can’t wait to book another vacation home with them! Can’t recommend this property enough.
