Muito bom, alguma diversidade de escolha de bebidas e comida. Fruta variada. Para tomar o pequeno-almoço é sair do hotel e entrar no restaurante ao lado, é fácil e agradável.

Habitualmente às 5 da manhã, levavam os caixotes do lixo do prédio, onde está inserido o hotel para a rua, era bastante ruidoso e prolongado.

The coffee sachets on the tea tray already had milk snd sugar added which a lot of people wouldn't like. There was a bath in the bathroom with a hand held shower, which wasn't ideal for us, as it's difficult to wash your hair with one hand !

El alojamiento relación calidad precio estaba muy bien. La ubicación es estupenda y en general está todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo para quedarse en la ciudad y poder recorrer los puntos importantes andando, está cerca de todo.

El baño es bastante pequeño y la ducha está muy pegada

The room is good but just surprise about the area or location of the building in which it was situated. The entrance to the building and the inside is dark.

Such a beautiful hotel. We booked this property last minute after extending our trip to Budapest and got a great price. Everything about our short stay here was lovely. From the lady on the desk who checked us in to the stunning view from our room.

Nice location of the hotel (city center and close to the airport bus). The room is quite big with high ceiling Staff is wiling to help.

Great location - very central, friendly staff, high 4m ceilings, nice historical building.

Zero soundproof, you could here everything starting from TV to your neighbours having fun, poor air conditioning, runs for 5 minutes and then switches off.

Basically, this hotel has two advantages: its location and its staff, they were very helpful

Initially, the receptionist checked me into one of the most terrible hotel rooms in my life. Its walls, window, floor and furniture were dirty, scratched or damaged. A part of the wall wasn't even dyed or covered with wallpapers. After my complaints, the receptionist offered me another room which was better but not really good as well. The air conditioner was very loud, the safe was broken, the mirror was dirty, and the bathroom's design always led to covering the floor with water because there were no additional walls at the showering area.

I arrived quite late at the accomodation. Althought the day before i called to make sure that everything was ok, when i got there they told me that they could not offer me the room i payed for because it was overbooked.I stayed the night on the streets without accomodation, al accomodations where 10 times more expensive because it was an important event in Budapest.If you don’t want to stay on the streets better Find accomodation elsewhere.

The hotel entrance, once you figure out how to get into the place is filthy and very poorly lit. The room itself was old and full of dust. There was what appeared to be a former doorway that was covered up with what looked like paper thin material, I could hear those staying in the room next door like they are in my room. By far the worst thing was the bathroom. There was an absolutely terrible smell of sewer in the bathroom the full weekend that left a smell in the room itself also. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I often have stayed in really bad accommodation and not bothered leave a review but this one was so bad I just had to. When checking out it was a different young man working from when I was checking in so I wasn’t going to give a young man a hard time about something he is likely not responsible for but this place really was bad.

The location was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms are decorated stunningly. Within walking distance to the Basilica and many shops/restaurants. Great value for money. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Everything was great

The location is excellent, very central. The building is an elegant palace and the rooms are clean.

Location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from st stephens basilica and the nearest metro to the popular thermal spa. Rooms are very spacious and the bed was large.

Not much of an issue, but was not aware that the hotel was only two floors of a larger building and therefore we didn’t think we were in the right place when we entered the building lobby as there was lots of boxes as if someone was moving in. As soon as we were able to contact reception, we had no issues and had no further issues with the hotel for the rest of the stay, except for building works early one morning and that you could quite clearly hear the corridor (though this was quiet until a reasonable time).
