We had a great time staying at this home. It has a great deck with a lovely view of the bay. The hot tub has the same view. It was overall a great experience. We would rent this home again in the future.

The house had plenty of bedrooms for everyone, comfortable beds, lots of seating, and a beautiful view.

Its rare to find a rental with so much bedding. I counted at least 6 extra sleeping bags and comforters, as well as extra pillows, sheets, towels and blankets. Great access to the bay, beautiful to view the sunset, or inside through the HUGE windows. We had a wonderful time beachcombing and enjoying the scene.

The house was clean. Lots of space and sleeping arrangements were excellent. Short walk down the hill to the bay and a short drive to Happy Camp beach. Restaurants and the store close as well. Such an easy and beautiful drive from Portland.

The house was close to the bay and the sunset from the back deck was amazing. Renting from Vacasa was easy.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay crabbing trip. Plenty of room and space for 7 people a dog and a young child. The beds were nice and comfy with plenty of extra blankets if needed. Nice view, great location and the hot tub was a nice touch a well.

House needed updating, furniture uncomfortable, view was minimal, heat didn’t work well, too warm upstairs, too cold downstairs, house smelled dirty/musty, infested with rats & ants! We saw a live rat run across the floor in family room in basement & dead rat in bathroom in morning & ants in bedrooms downstairs! Horrifying!! Marketing is deceptive, this is NOT ON BEACH, view is corner slice between two houses from upper deck! We were told by management co that we’d get a refund of some of our rent but so far no reach out at all from horrible management co. Also, they showed up at house at 10 am on checkout day to push us out of the house even though there was no posting of checkout time at house ANYWHERE nor do they tell you that at check in. Night before CHECKOUT I even searched for checkout time on my texts but no text. I assumed checkout was 11 or 12 like ALL OTHER HOTELS, homes, but no, they had cleaner waiting in driveway at 10 am to shoo us out of the house. The PM who came to door told me they had emailed checkout time to me even though most of their communication was via text!!! Who checks their emails on vacation?? Yet check in time is 4 pm - I guarantee you they DONT SPEND THAT MUCH time cleaning!! This home is infested with rodents, poorly managed, unclean, and doesn’t even have much of a view!! Beware! Stay away! This was a terrifying, horrible experience for me & my family! I have a picture of the dead rat but I don’t see anywhere to post a photo. Stay away!

Great view of Netarts Bay and the ocean beyond! Family home feeling with plenty of comfy beds for our group. Clean and tidy with great amenities including a gas grill and nice hot tub. Lots of parking for several cars. Our dog loved it too.
