Very small, bed is certainly not a double bed. Shower was very poor with little drainage & water flowing into appartment.

Great amount of space and lovely view. Nice amenities. Enjoyed having access to a kitchen!

No AC. Apartment was very hot and stuffy. Wifi speeds not optimal for video calls. Neighbors across the hall were sometimes loud and it was easy to hear them through the hallway. 1 of the 4 pillows provided were horrible. Electrical outlets had a weird transparent plate over them that prevented most of my European plugs (and travel adapters) from fitting. Cell phone chargers worked in many western European countries but it couldn't fit into the outlet at the apartment. The blow dryer that was provided to me wouldn't fit into any of the outlets. Bummer.

the property was spotless, great location with views, all necessities are close like grocery stores, pharmacy’s and bubble tea 😋🫶🏼

nothing to dislike, just needed help from locals to find the property as it was on the side of a building, however the rest is super easy to navigate.

The room was very very hot! Impossible to sleep even with an open window! The personnel should check where the heat is coming from - the fridge, the restaurant downstairs or smth else.

Very clean and good location. We very much liked this studio, good having a kitchenette that is fully equipped with utensils if you’re looking to cook a few of your own meals, the only thing missing is a few basic condiments would have topped it.

No fan/AC, it was difficult to sleep at night with how hot it got as we didn’t want to leave windows open to let insects in

Air ventilation above the stove wasn't working There is no ventilation in the room Both things mean cooking makes it super hot inside the apartments. Opening the window doesn't help to fix the situation unfortunately

Location is very good. All the facilities and rooms are excellent.

Only 1 table fan was provided for 2 bed rooms, and it was very warm during the night, which is hard to get a good night sleep.

The day of checkout

- Too hot with no access to a fan until last night - location is so loud it’s like the whole of Switzerland is outside your window. - 1 pillow which was so thin a load of bread would of been comfier. - No lift - A VERY strong smell of food 24/7.

Contactless check-in is very flexible and convenient, unless you appreciate the comfort of personal contact or need some form of help from the host. The arrival was prepared with the access code etc. but any additional help was refused by the host.

The room was not cleaned from previous guests! Trash beens were full of waste. Bed sheets were all crumpled up with long hair left (none of us has long hair). Towels were not folded, but hung to towel hanger in the bathroom. On the bathroom floor were some long hair left (none of us has long hair). There were some crumbles on the bedroom carpet. Some dishes were left on the kitchen counter, cleaned, but not sorted back to cupboard. At first I didn't think much of it and that's why I didn't say anything right away, but as time passed I got feeling that the room was not cleaned. I asked them to convince me somehow that I am wrong, otherwise I would be horrified that I used already used bad sheets and towels. They said that they are sorry and that they can not arrange cleaning on the day I asked them, but tomorrow. They cleaned the room just on the 3rd day of our stay. I travel a lot and this has never ever happened to me before. And to think this would happen to me all of countries in beautify organized Switzerland makes me sad at least.

i think a fan or an a/c has to be put in the rooms . it was a very hot week and I resorted to opening up all my windows which brought insects in and made it very noisy seeing as its on a busy street. bathroom wasn’t clean enough.

The location is a bit far from the centre, but there is a very good connection of public transport. There are some restaurants near by and a supermarket round the corner. The apartment is close to the main street so it is quite noisy, especially during the night time. The apartment is small, bit outdated, but quite comfortable, kitchenette has the main dishes and cutlery. We like the toiletries, good quality.

Would be nice to have 2 blankets. Bed sheets and mattress has a nonfresh smell what was not pleasant. There are no possibility to leave the luggage, what is a shame as you need to leave the apartment at 10 a.m.

Modern facilities, good sized room. Check-in was seamless. The apartment I ended up with was lovely. It made up for the earlier mishap. I have to say that I was upgraded to a bigger apartment for free because my original apartment wasn't cleaned.

The first apartment I was given was not cleaned. No housekeeping had been done. I called and was given another apartment in a different location with no help to get there. I expected to be transferred to the new apartment especially because it was almost midnight. I was left to find my own way there.

Location was really good. The appartment was clean and for the size for two people it was fine. We enjoyed our stay there.

Because the bed was right behind the door, you could hear sometimes other neighbours. Also the bed was a bit smaller then expected, however it was comfy 🙂

I consider it absolutely absurd the requirement to count coat hangers for things, spoons, chairs, plates, etc. upon check-in. I came for work and I don't have time for it. everything else is good
