It was very clean & modern. Rooms are specious too. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The location was far from the train station and most of the attractions.

Room pictures were quite misleading. The premium room we got was significantly smaller than pictures shown. With 2 luggage in the room we hardly have any space to move around

Very artistic hotel. The food there was exceptional. Many staff members are so nice and they are all bilingual so it is perfect for the international traveler! Next time I would even visit just the restaurant and bars for a night out, since I really love the food and design there :)

Kimpton Shinjuku is an excellent hotel. The staff is extremely helpful, efficient and kind. The hotel is cool, trendy and very curated even with its big size which impressed me. The room was small (as many Japanese rooms) but super comfy: very nice bed, very nice furniture, complete minibar with coffee and tea and a little welcoming cake! Very good organic toilet products. They even provide you with a yoga mat which I adored. It’s good value for money considering Tokyo’s prices. The location is perfect - not a “homely” street - with all the high skyscrapers but close to most of the main areas: Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. The breakfast was amazing: organic home made granola, wonderful French toast, very good croissants… absolutely recommended!

The room could be a little bigger but this is the case in all of Japan for western tourists!

Very small room space, location and traffic both are inconvenient, CP value was very low which total not worthwhile.

The hotel itself is brand new, beautiful, and in an absolutely perfect location. The amenities are wonderfully set and executed including café, restaurant, gym, and more. However it is the staff that will make the greatest impact on your stay. These people are some of the most attentive, considerate, knowledgeable and thoughtful staff we have ever seen. Alex in particular was able to help point us in the right direction on more than one occasion and his advice allowed for some of our best experiences in Tokyo (including quite possibly the best meal of my life). I could not possibly give a higher recommendation to this hotel.

There is nothing we disliked about this hotel. Our stay was perfect.

The staff at this hotel were super helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The location was perfect, bedrooms roomy and very comfortable and little touches such as free drinks / canapes during social hour and a free take out coffee every morning were lovely surprises!

The staffs are amazing, very helpful and understand our needs. Especially the concierge staffs, and Meg also who helped me twice to booked the restaurant.

For a hotel in the price range, having no swimming pool or sauna is a bit of a minus.

Liked puppies, breakfast ok for a short stay but would prefer more variety. Location ok but a shuttle to Shinjuku would make it perfect. Desk are terrific.

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Free morning coffee, free drinks for coffee hour. Right in the middle of Shinjuku, it’s perfectly located. staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly doing all they could to assist.
