Very clean and comfortable. One thing that would improve it greatly would be to change the bed from a double to a queen or king. Otherwise very well equipped and nice quiet place to stay. We were there for four nights. Convenient to Hill City, Custer, Mt. Rushmore etc.

The Dakota Cabin was very clean and nice and we loved feeling like we were tucked away in a treehouse. Loved the central location in the Black Hills and the cozy, private, treehouse feel. Great to work with and cheaper to go through Rushmore Vacation Rentals website than VRBO.

Cabin is very clean and updated. Location is fantastic. Easy to find yet away from everything. At the same time, town is close enough to easily make a quick trip. Location and the shower were great! Easy to work with. Everything was well explained in contact information. Checking in and out worked perfectly. Never needed to contact anyone with questions or problems.

My husband and I loved the Dakota Cabin. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We loved our coffee with a great view every morning on the patio. The cabin located right outside of hill city was in a perfect spot for everything we wanted to do while we were on vacation. When we came back tired at the end of the day it was nice to have a cozy spot just for the 2 of us. It was hard to leave when our trip was over, cant wait to visit again. Thank you! My only contact with the team was thru emails. Everything I needed to know was clearly spelled out making it easy to find the cabin and get checked in. Everything was great when we got there and had no issues the whole time while we were there. It made for a nice worry free vacation.

This apartment was a great, central location for visiting western South Dakota!

Quiet. Homey. With limited cell phone service in the area, it was difficult to contact anyone when our door code didn't work upon check in. Was more than accommodating when we finally did make contact.

This was an absolutely beautiful home base for my trail run and mini-vacation with friends. Everything we needed was provided. My one complaint is that the bathroom is located in the bedroom, which makes this slightly more suitable for 1 couple rather than the 2 we had. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very lovely. It overlooks the valley and it feels isolated even though there are other homes pretty near by and a city near by. The propane fire pit was perfect on the cooler nights. Will definitely keep in mind for our next stay out there. We had one issue where our key code didn't work. We were able to get in with a physical key, but the team quickly came by and fixed it the next morning. Our power also went out for 3 hours right at the beginning of the trip because of the storms, but our call was promptly answered and she reported the outage to us. The flashlight bulb could do with changing.

Centrally located for all activities in the area. Beautiful area! Quiet and fully equipped! Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was a comfortable and convenient place to stay for our family. We will definitely come back in the future. We didn't meet anyone from the staff the whole time we were there. That's is not a negative thing as I am sure we would have been able to contact someone if needed. Your team was timely with communication and it made our stay very easy.

Was very happy with our stay at the Dakota cabin. Easy to find, good location, clean. Would stay here again for sure. Only downside is there’s not a full kitchen, but the kitchenette was enough for what my husband and i needed.

loved the place ~ its very cute and charming ~ it was also very clean and also very bright and airy ~ the property managers were really helpful and very kind ~ the internet is not very good ~ 10am check out is too early and feels unfair....

Very accurate to listing- small apot but has everything you need for a confirtable stay. Only negative would be if you wanted full appliances, which we didn’t need- so all good.
