Very nice unit with great view. Located in a very nice area and easily accessible. Disappointed with the new pool and hot tub hours of operation. Closing of the pool and hot tub at dusk seems a bit unreasonable. For the cost of renting in this facility I would expect to use these facilities for a little longer in the evenings. Overall a great stay.

We love Ocean Vista, Daytona. Very elegant property. Unit we stayed was very comfortable, clean and had spectacular view of the ocean. Unit had everything we needed.

The unit was extremely spacious and clean. There were two coolers, several beach chairs, several wave boards and toys provided with the unit. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of cooking materials. There was a ice maker in the parking. Garage to fill your coolers on the way to the beach. The beach was literally steps away from the resort ( no dunes separating.) we would book this property again!

It was spotless! The master suite gave us time to ourselves while the adult kids and grandkids could have the rest of the condo. The beach and pool access couldn't be better. The wrap around porch is the best part. It was great sitting out there at night. Worth every penny for a full house vacation.

This was a wonderful condo and so so beautiful! Parking was convenient and so thankful we had two designated spots! Me and my family had a wonderful time!

Great condo and great location. Everything was as described and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. If you have a vehicle, the secure parking garage is a huge bonus. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful condo with amazing views! You can’t go wrong with this condo. Plenty of room for a large family! A huge balcony with a table and chairs plus 3 loungers is right out the sliding doors and the beach is just steps away. From the balcony you can see the pool, courtyard, hot tub, and most importantly, you can see miles either way down the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Peggy, the property manager was helpful and friendly. We had to wait a bit for our check in, but it was worth the wait. There are beach chairs, beach towels, and some sand toys in the utility room at the condo. I wish that would have been listed on the web site. Lots of fun ocean side restaurants close by. I loved that the condo was located a couple of miles past the touristy area at the pier. Lots of families and little ones were at the condo, which was nice. Great security so you know you’re safe. You need a fob to get in and out of the condo and the parking area. Be aware, only 2 parking spots came with the condo. Daytona Beach has strict parking rules so an additional car would need to park long term at the airport for $12 a night. (The air port is about 10-12 minutes away.) My only suggestion is that a crib be available in the condo. The kitchen was well supplied with appropriate appliances. Coffee on the balcony was a morning ritual. I didn’t see any other condos in the area with such a substantial balcony. It was the selling point for us. We loved every minute!

We had a great time staying in this property for a week over thanksgiving break. The property was more than enough space for our family of 5. The master bedroom is amazing and view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is worth every penny.

It was a great trip. The property manager was very receptive and responsive.

The condo was very nice and spacious, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Plenty of closets would have been nice to have more drawers or shelves available to unpack but that is very minor compared to all the things that were offered and available. The property was clean, safe and very convenient. No crowds, no wasted time waiting for elevators, plenty of carts and buggies to help with loading and unloading. Friendly and welcoming staff on site. Parking was great. Views were beautiful and beach was not over crowded. Visit was 8/14-8/21 Highly recommend.

The condo was very well stocked. The location of the condo was the best. We watched the dolphins every morning and evening. The pool had some algae growth.

We loved this condo! Having a bathroom with each suite was a big plus! We always love our stay in Daytona!
