Family was together to enjoy being together and commending our mother into the ground and into God’s loving care.

excellent place to base vacation at daytona. far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet great proximity to the speedway and attractions. house was well stocked with basics and items to enjoy the area. the back patio area was where we store went most of the time when we were home. living area was very comfortable as well. 10/10. would recommend to anyone, and would stay again.

Coquina Cottage was the perfect home away from home for me and my dogs. The cottage was exactly as shown. No surprises which is always so appreciated. Mary was quick to respond to questions and made me feel very comfortable while at the cottage. Great location to beach, stores and restaurants.

Our month long stay at coquina cottage was absolutely delightful. The cottage itself was charming and it’s well-equipped Kitchen was perfect for at home meals and barbecues. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups. The beach was a short stroll away and the wagon, complete with beach chairs umbrella and cooler. made for an awesome beach day. Ormond beach offers great activities for families and couples. We enjoyed the many restaurants Nearby. The neighbourhood felt safe and welcoming. We easily could have stayed another month. Enjoy!

The property was perfect for my 3 week stay. My dog enjoyed having a yard to play in and the neighborhood was easy to walk. The beach access was about 200yds. (No dogs allowed on beach). The cottage was clean and cozy. My adult daughter visited for a week so I can verify that both beds were comfortable. Thank you for thinking of everything that might be needed during a stay!

The house was great however we had two golden doodles and although the fenced in backyard was wonderful there were many sticker weeds which got caught in the dogs fur. I spent a lot of time trying to comb them out and vacuum them up.

Absolutely loved this cottage! Close to beaches and relatives. Nice quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to go AGAIN😀

Coquina Cottage was perfect for my small family. Just enough space and perfect condition. Upon arrival, we found the property to be clean and ready for us to unpack and have fun. Virtually everything you could need is already there: kitchen and dining supplies, Keurig and regular coffee pot, extra pillows and bed linens, bath towels, and even laundry supplies. The best was that everything you need for the beach is right there: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a wagon to carry it all in. You can drive to the beach or walk. Beach access is less than a 5-minute walk away!!! Excellent proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and other activities. Communication with the property owner was great. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and highly recommend that you give it a serious look.

First time renting a house. We travel with our goldendoodle and wanted more freedom for her than the hotels had to offer. This stay was just fantastic. Very clean is first impression when walking in. The back yard fenced in was perfect for our dog to enjoy. The beds super cozy. Everything was thought of with this place. I needed to communicate one time through my stay and the response was fast. We will definitely be staying again.

Our stay at the cottage was great! It was the perfect place to relax after the long days at the beach. It's near everything but far enough away to be quiet. The backyard is so cute at night! The listing is spot on - you literally don't need to bring anything but a swimsuit! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Ormond Beach and loved the cottage. Very roomy and a lot of thought went into the cute beach themed decorating. Very well done! The fenced in backyard provided a lot of privacy. We were able to cookout on the charcoal grill while enjoying the patio. And the bed was super comfortable. Very short walk or drive to the beach which was nice! Lots of places to eat,shop or sipping on some cold adult beverages! Even though we found the cottage a bit dirty I would still highly recommend the cottage!

We had a lovely month's stay! The house was exactly as described, and we enjoyed exploring the area. The weather was cool at the beginning of the month, but it warmed up nicely the last 2 weeks!

Second time staying at the property. This house has everything you need and I will definitely be back. Pet friendly is a huge plus and Mary goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect.

Beautiful, comfortable cottage within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. Enjoyed walking our dogs every morning and evening. Neighbors were friendly too. Beach access is across the main road. Would enjoy staying there again!

We had a wonderful time! We stay in the area pretty often and this location is close to everything! Property was clean, had everything we needed and if I did need anything the owner was easy to communicate with. We will be back! My husband loves the area! Thanks again for a great time!

From the very beginning to the final day of my stay, the entire experience was exceptional. Mary was quick to respond with the reservation, making some last minute adjustments in my stay and the cottage is a real “Beach style accommodation”. Super clean and stocked with everything you could possible need for a beach vacation. All I had to do was stock the refrigerator. Publix Supermarket less than a minute north! Quiet, safe neighborhood and the fenced, private backyard and patio area was a big plus! Pet friendly!! Can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. Close to everything. Will definitely return to Coquina Cottage!!! Thanks Mary!

Had a blast on the beach , cooking , sitting on patio , walks down the beach and to restaurants. The host was more than great. I'd recommend this place above any other.

This cottage is perfect for a couple or small family. The inside is clean and updated, and the appliances are in great condition. It is an easy walk to the beach, and cars often stop to allow you to cross Ocean Shore. Be aware there is no ramp to the beach, so the cart supplied by the owners needs two people to get it up and down the stairs. I highly recommend this cottage and would gladly go back. (Lost one cleanliness star because I paid extra for a pet and much of the yard growth was taller than she is. Everything else was great, though.) Also, Eat at Salty Farms, but be patient! It is a scratch kitchen so every dish is prepared by hand. Well worth the wait!
