Staff tried to be as helpful as possible

Wasn’t close to train station by walking Hot springs were disappointing. Much smaller than expected.

Room was spacious and modern. Very quiet. Staff are wonderful. Beautiful foyer

The mattress is the harder more japanese style. Would prefer softer. Also, in the room there were no western style coffee and tea bags and no milk. Would have linked a simple, inexpensive breakfast offering in the hotel restaurant eg coffee and croissants only.

전반적으로 시설이 깔끔하고 직원들이 매우 친절하다 14개월 아기를 데리고 가서 트윈베드를 붙여서 잘 수 있어서 좋았다 다른곳과 달리 아기가 기어다니거나 걸을수 있어서 좋았다

창문에 결로가 생겨서 밑에 물이 고여있는점이 조금 신경쓰였다. 사우나 공간이 추워서 후딱 씻고나왔다 아무래도 실내 공간이 협조해서 캐리어 펼치니까 공간이 부족하긴했다.

The quality of the staff! Everyone was very nice and went out of their way! I would totally recommend this property and I never review places but this deserves it! The amenities were outstanding! どうありがとございました😀

1. slow and not enough elevators so it was always packed and people need to wait many rounds to get in 2. the worst onsen I've had in Japan, disgustingly strong chlorine smell 3. dust balls were found in room floor

It was a nice modern version of a traditional ryokan. The onsen is wonderful for relaxing after seeing the Sapporo sights. Breakfast was delicious.

We liked the special atmosphere of the Ryokon style. But the rooms are so small that we could not really enjoy our stay. As most of the family members were sick from the cold days in January, we spend most of the day in the rooms. However, when you travel with kids and luggage it is virtually not possible to feel any space in the room.

The breakfast is sensational but needs to be booked seperately. If sold out, there is an American coffee brand a few blocks away that I ussually try to avoid. Not perfect.

Clean, warm, and comfortable rooms. Especially loved the fragrance of the shampoo and shower gel provided. Great place to relax.

Excellent public bathing facilities. Rooms were clean and spacious. Excellent customer service. Ryokan was close enough to the main downtown and main transportation hubs (just a short walk or even shorter uber/taxi ride). I left my laptop charger here and they even helped me mail it to my next hotel. Excellent communication and service

Not enough hangers & space for storage.

お部屋、大浴場、フロント、どこもとても素敵でした。木をベースとした落ち着いた空間で、とてもリラックスできます。今回は朝食をなしにしましたが、つけても良かったかなと思っています。湯上がり処にあるアイスも美味しかったです。

20:30頃〜からお風呂に向かいましたが、大混雑でした。シャワー待ちの並びが発生して、浴場内で列に並びました。ドライヤーがある洗面所も同様です。浴場の混雑具合は部屋にて確認できるので、確認してから行くのがマストになると思います。

A beautiful, clean, convenient o-furo onsite. The breakfast was divine.

It’s hard to find fault. Perhaps if the breakfast were included automatically, though not everyone will necessarily want breakfast (notably it is not vegetarian which was not a problem for me.)

Highly recommend it. Location close to the train station. Hotel in general is very well decorated. the architecture of the onsen bath is one of the most elaborate i have seen.

A very beautiful hotel! The interior was so aesthetically pleasing! The bed was so comfortable. Yummy snacks were in the room upon arrival. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful! Free ice cream offered at the onsen.

Onsen was nice but quite small.

Beds/pillows a bit firm. Coin laundry dryers weren't the best.
