Location was great

Smell- it smelled really bad- the couch was stained and very uncomfortable to sleep on- not enough utensils and the light in the kitchen was very dim and it flickered when on. Only 2 bath towels were left for the family of 4. Place needs a little refresh paint and really good wash of the floors. Floors were really sticky.

The locatin is awesome. It is right next to the Walgreens, gas station and groccery store. Parking is very convinient as well. Rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortablle. Suites were very comfortable and clean.

I liked everytrhing about te property and my stay.

Everything in the property is well clean and well laid out. What’s great was there was a fully equipped kitchen and cooking utensils, so if you don’t want to eat out daily, this was a perfect solution. Easy to park and walk to a bunch of great restaurants and downtown Brickell. Location is very safe. No noise issues. This place is perfect for a weekend stay near Brickell

Gebucht hatten wir Studio mit 60 qm. War max . die Hälfte der qm. Alles sehr sehr eng. Eingestellte Fotos entsprechen zwar der Realität; aber wenn man die Wohnung betritt, fühlt man sich sehr eingeengt. Man öffnet die Tür und schon kommt einem ein extremer Geruch entgegen. (Vorher derartiges noch nie erlebt; es scheint aber ein Desinfektionsmittel zu sein....) Super unangenehm!!! Der Geruch hat sich auch auf unsere Kleidung übertragen. Punkt Preis/ Leistung jenseits von Gut und Böse!!!! Haben schon so einiges gesehen, aber das übertrifft wirklich alles. Ist echt das schlechteste was wir bis dato gesehen haben. Der Hammer war noch, wir erhielten zum Schluss noch eine E-Mail,das wenn wir auf Booking eine Gute Bewertung abgeben, wir zwei Nächte umsonst dort verbringen können. Never ever... Gracias, Nein Danke. Schämt euch Jason und David so etwas den Leuten anzubieten.

The place is located near to all amenities. Publix grocery, Walgreens and free merromover all within 3-5mins walk from the apartment. This is definitely a home away from home. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and one has a walk in closet as well. What more can anyone ask for? It is a move in ready space. Love it and has recommended it to my friends and family.

The apartment itself is very nice, it’s clean and has a modern style. The location is great, the Brickell district and a Publix supermarket are nearby. Even downtown Miami isn’t far if you don’t mind walking. Parking was free.

The building has a very poor building structure. The ceiling/floor dividing the first from the second floor is paper-thin, just like the doors, so you can hear every step of your upstairs neighbour. Plus, the complex seems to be frequented by many young people who like to party, so when they come back at night, they talk very loudly and keep sitting in the courtyard, playing music and smoking weed. I slept very poorly in every of the four nights. I contacted the owners and they send a mail to all tenants asking them to please be quiet, but nothing changed - every night there were new people being noisy. I asked them to at least give me an upstairs apartment to avoid the noise from my upstairs neighbours, but they didn’t.

Very cozy place, great location and all the amenities worked perfectly. Great customer service as well.

Clean, straight-forward, minimalistic design. The bed was nice and hard. Everything needed was provided. It was simple and convenient to figure everything out.

The door to the apartment is on the other side of the parking spot. This is a very minor issue, but that's the only thing I can think of.

Close to the local shops and walking distance to downtown miami . Nice and quiet neighbourhood area. Lovely place for our 6 days stay , I recommend broadwaysuites .

The apartment is at great location in very nice neighborhood - 3 min by walk from metromover station and downtown. Free parking sports, Very clean, Comfortable, Super hosts - Jason & Dave. Thanks for all!

There was nothing to like to be honest. Quite a bit of road work is ongoing in the area and at times posed a problem when traveling to the location due to several traffic diversions. No where was it mentioned that the property was right next to a major highway. SMH.

There is no one readily available at the location to handle guests' issues promptly and effectively. There was a guest along with myself that had to wait a considerable amount of time in order to get a pass code to enter the unit. I eventually got my code but hours later the other quest was still waiting for a call-back from the person or company that operates the property. My AC unit didn't work for the first 3 days of my 5-day business trip. In order to make contact, foreign guests then are expensed further by having to make long distance calls to the property operator to handle any issues that might have arisen.

We couldn't stay longer!

Nothing. The place was miserable. Nothing like on booking. When I arrived to the place I left immediately because I was shocked of the difference between how the place looked and the pictures they uploaded on booking. I asked for a refund and they did not accept to give me back my money. Then, I called booking and they told me that the host said that we had a mutual agreement regarding the refund, which was a lie. I never got my money back. Do not reccommend the place.

All bad experience

Everything went great. Easy to get it. They answer your in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely book again.

This is an exceptional place. I planned my family trip in advance, and glad to catch this option early. It was affordable option in a good location, but I realized how good it is only when I've found the place and got inside (took some time to found it). We've got a new and very clean apartment, with plenty of space for 4 people, with all the stuff we need for 4 night stay. Beds, linens, toiletry, towels, kitchenware, we had all we need. Good conditioning, new and clean shower, reliable wifi. The big advantage is location. In a walkable distance, you can have public transit (including Mover), and you easily can walk to the Brickell Ave. Shops and restaurants all around. Before booking, I saw people complaining about I95 being too close to the building. It is close, but we never had an issue with noise. It's not more noise there than in your average big city location. It's pretty quiet for us. People in other rooms were quiet too, and we've enjoyed our stay.

They definitely should pay attention to the bathroom door lock. It needs a fix. I have had a kerfuffly paperwork before the place confirmed my booking. They asked me to send them my IDs to confirm booking since it's no check-in at the place itself. So I had to do it in advance. But eventually it's maybe even better to have less interactions after you arrive.

The construction site next to the property are very noisy in the morning, but it’s quiet at all other times.

I didn’t like the property, they advertise in booking that they have a bedroom with a king bed and the bed wasn’t even queen. I had a lot o calls with booking and the property to solve it but at the end we had to leave I am still waiting the refund that they promise

that they are liars advertise something that they don’t have and insist that the bed was king even when I measure the bed and demostrare them that wasn’t

It was an incredible stay, I'll definitely stay here again. I recommend it to everyone.
