The owner was very kind and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

there was grandmother of host who lives down stairs so it was not comfortable for kids and the host got angry when kids run or spoke loudly

I liked everything! I did not expect it to be so great, seeing that I was searching for a hotel just off the highway, to stop for a night. But this B&B, wow! it’s a lovely house, perched on a hill, with a wonderful balcony that allows you to admire the whole bay right before you. The triple room and the bathroom are so clean they are sparkling, everything is new, the beds are great. Even the balcony is so clean, not a speck of dust, I don’t know how they achieve this! The owner speaks good english and is very welcoming, with a sense of humor, and he made us the best cappuccino at breakfast! The road to the house is really narrow and you can’t see where you’re going, my husband was in a fit, afraid he was going to scratch his shiny new huge SUV. So if you have a big car, beware you’re gonna have a thrill! But actually everything went smoothly, there is a private parking lot that’s as lovely as the house. And that view from the balcony! it’s really worth it! I was sorry we only stayed one night. I can’t recommend this B&B enough, I hope we will get a chance to be back!

If you don’t have a car, it’s practically impossible to reach the facility on foot. It is not that far from the train station, but the road is very steep. There’s a bus line (check the timetable), otherwise take a taxi.

The breakfast was prepared by Francesco and he was very accommodating while serving us. You can request what you want to eat. We also checked-in very late, but, he had no problems with it. The rooms and dining area were clean and well maintained. Most of all, the views of the sea and mountains, from our rooms were amazing.

The bed was comfortable but there was some squeaking sound, which can be easily improved.

Great views. Breakfast was really good. The room was super nice, everything's new and it gives you a really good feeling. Very good price. We loved the town as well, very tiny but cozy. Can't wait to go back!

The road to get there is really narrow. It's easier to drive from "above" than from the tiny road "below". Anyway, not a big issue.

-difficult to evaluate as the host promised to make the stay longer for additional night than a few days before our arrival he wrote that it is not possible (we had plans and we need to modify them, it is the first time in my booking history that it happened like this), - we have small children and and during booking it was known. however the host asked us in one day to be silent before 1-3pm as his grandma will be angry on him,

Breakfast was amazing! with the typical Ligurian Foccaccia with Cheese and other yummy pastries. Francesco helped us find a very nice and affordable restaurant for dinner. The view from the Balcony was amazing! and we did not need the conditioner cause it was breeze. Very clean, and everything is new and lovely.
