We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, 6 guys for a scuba trip. Walking distance to several shore dives and bar/food. Walking distance to Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery. Well stocked. Pool outside patio door. Really comfortable and worked wonderful for our group of 6

We visited the island in July 2023 and, as always, it did not disappoint. This was our 3rd time staying at Coconut Bay condos, although the first time in this particular unit. I, personally, love the location as it is close to Cemetery Beach and West Bay, 2 of my favorite beaches on the island. And Fosters is a short drive away so that is nice. Also have Macabucca and Cracked Conch w/in walking distance which is nice if you just want to grab a quick bite to eat for dinner. There is no 'beach' per se but if you like to dive or snorkel this condo is just perfect. Great opportunities right off the property. The unit itself is super spacious and can easily fit up to 10 people comfortably. Great layout having the 3rd floor and nice to have 3 bathrooms. As for cleanliness, I only gave it 4 stars b/c the unit is slightly 'outdated' and could use a few upgrades like maybe new appliances (thought refrigerator door was going to fall off hinges); living room furniture; carpet; and patio table and grill and shower curtains had what appeared to be mold on them. To me, these are things that can really spruce the place up, but that being said, I would still recommend it to folks considering a stay in the Northwest Point. It served us well and the 'locals' who live there are some of the NICEST people I have ever met. Maybe some day I will be lucky enough to be their neighbor! Last, but certainly not least, Steve was a great 'host'. Super responsive to any questions I had!

Nice place with great access to diving. The place had lots of room and is comfortable. The only issue we had was that the sliding glass door was hard to open. Thanks for a great vacation.

Well appointed condo with a nice pool just steps away. Nice snorkeling and diving right off "beach". Short walk to some great restaurants and a short drive to some of the best beaches on the island. Great for a family wanting to enjoy GC while staying away from all of the cruise ship traffic.

I traveled to grand cayman with my wife and 3 daughters age 10, 12 and 14.They did a scuba certification course at dive tech while we were here and are now fully scuba certified after finishing the pool work back home in the States. We also traveled with our friends who frequent the catmans with us. We went on many scuba dives.This includes dives from the backyard and many other shore dives like macabuca, devil's grotto, Eden rock, cheeseburger to name a few.I was also able to go kite boarding at Barker's National Park.The rental was great and close to many of the shore dives. Had 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was great for the family and friends. The pool was nice. Having diving out in The backyard is also a great plus. Sunsets were lovely. The place is also very close to our favorite lunch spot at macabuca And to get to georgetown it's only about twenty minutes so its Not too far from downtown but far enough away so you're not in the crowds.

The unit was comfortable, however the sliding glass patio door needs fixed or possibly replaced. It was very difficult to open and close and we used it all of the time. It was frustrating.

Fantastic location - beautiful onsite pools and access to diving and snorkeling nearby. Walkable to local restaurant and Turtle center. Beautiful beaches a short drive away.

Walk out the sliding glass doors to a patio, steps away from one of 2 pools. Beautiful location, and handy for walking to nearby bar and restaurants. We had a few small issues we thought the manager should know about and he was quick with a poaitive reply.

This property was in the best possible location a snorkeler or diver could wish for. Steps from what is, in my opinion, some of the best snorkeling on the island. Our diver party member concurred about the diving as well. The accommodations, whole not 5-star, were perfect for a large family not looking to break the bank. Communication was great, check-in seemless.

Finding a condo that fit 11 people was challenging so we didn’t expect perfection. That being said, the condo met our needs well. It needs some deep cleaning and TLC but came well equipped in the kitchen and the beds and couch were comfy with lots of extra linens to spare. 3.5 bathrooms was a plus, even though we were not able to get hot water to them most of the time. The location is quite a walk from the beach which is shown in the pics. That was challenging with Grandma in tow, although, she did enjoy the pool view with lovely tropical landscaping that is well cared for. Everyone there is super friendly and Duncan took exceptional care of us and our scuba needs. We would definitely come again!

This is an amazing location in the Caymans, perfect for diving, snorkeling, and any other water activity you wish to enjoy. You walk out of your back porch into a lusciously landscaped pool area. You travel down the driveway and you are right in the ocean. We will definitely be back!

The property is just as described. Plenty of room for 10-11 people. Had a fabulous time and definitely would consider staying again.

Condo was clean and opened to pool, but the big draw was the great snorkeling right off the beach/coral reef. Saw octopus, stingrays, squid, and many other creatures.

Love the community here. Duncan does a great job with helping out with tanks, weight and gear rental.

Perfect location, right next door to Makabuca ( no need to worry!), comfortable condo, with everything we needed.
