The house is amazing, great space, everything clean, this house offers all what you need to have a great time, the back house by the pool is great it’s like you get 2 houses, jacuzzi work perfect, parking on the back was enough for 4 cars, definitely we will be back!!!

The entire property was nice, could use a little maintenance throughout. We had 14 people and we had plenty of space. The number of bedrooms allowed everyone their own room and plenty of bathrooms! Having two houses gave us space to spread-out and gave the adults a break from the teens! The central meeting place was by the pool, plenty of chairs, big dining table and a covered area. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off from the beach. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes for our large group! Everyone said their beds were comfortable and clean. 2 kitchens and outdoor grills for any cooking you want to do. Plenty of TVs. We were close to shopping, beaches, gambling, many restaurants and fishing! Overall, everyone was happy with the stay and agreed it is a much better option then staying in a hotel and more economical. I would book this property again if the need arises. I felt like I was in my own home!

This property was everything you could ask for outside of home. Me and my girls truly enjoyed this property. You will not be disappointed. Very roomy home. The property manager Taylor was very nice and accommodating and we Thank you!!

First of all I want to start out by saying this properly was perfect for my event. It comfortably slept 11 and Accommodated all of our wants and needs. Taylor was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this property if you have a large party. Thank you again for allowing us to stay there. Will definitely be back in the future!!!

Property was large and was a perfect fit for our group. Located in quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Clean inside and pool area was great. Pool and hot tub were perfect. House could use a touch of TLC but would stay there again. Thanks for a great vacation.

The house is beautiful very comfortable the location is great near pharmacy ,supermarket and restaurants definitely recommend it. I am glad I ignored the bad reviews ,our family would definitely stay at this house again.

When we walked in (at our check-in time) there was still cleaning people there, and the house overall wasn't that clean, nor was the pool. There were many things broken throughout the house: many of the refrigerator drawers and shelves had cracks in them, the microwave in the back house had no handle making it unusable, there were some blinds broken in the bedrooms as well. Around the pool area some of the chairs had the wooden cover part on the hand rest broken off revealing nails, so that was very dangerous, the cushions for the other outdoor seats were very dirty as well. Taylor was responsive, but didn't seem to care much giving only one worded responses whenever I brought up any of the issues. Overall it was not as the pictures showed and definitely would not recommend renting this home unless some major changes are made.

I did not feel safe nor did my guests feel safe in this run done raggedy house. I booked a real mansion the DAY OF due to the condition of this property!! Do NOT BOOK this is a total scam and misrepresentation!!!

At first we were concerned about this property reviews, but this place was great for my group of 14 people. The rooms are comfortable, there is enough bathrooms for everyone and the warm pool was the best part of our stay! The house does need some renovations, but I definitely recommend it overall.

This property should not be called a mansion at ALL. It is two houses connected by a home made walkway. The house was not cleaned thoroughly, dust was everywhere, the vents had layers and layers of dust, the linens were dirty, we had to wash them before we used them, the floors were FILTHY. There were no towels. The kitchen sink leaked all over the floor. When we arrived, the door to the second house was unlocked. The price of this rental needs to be dropped drastically.

As we returned from a night out, an armed gunman was waiting at the house and held a gun to the head of two of our guests. The man then entered the backyard via the back gate. Police were called and a police report was filed. We were a group of 21-23 year olds and we did not feel safe here. This neighborhood is not safe and property management was unwilling to accommodate such a harrowing experience. Despite a police report, Taylor was unwilling to accommodate our request for a refund and even tried to accuse us of disconnecting his security cameras (which I suspect haven’t been working for months). Ok We stayed less than 12 hours at this property and did not feel safe here. Pay the extra few dollars and stay somewhere safe

Pros - Great for big groups with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and hot tub are nice. Cons - This house is not located in an ideal part of town. It is very rundown and not what you imagine for the amount of money we paid to rent this property. Once we arrived most of our group didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We called VRBO who conferenced us in with our host who was very rude and kept yelling at us. He ended up agreeing to send his cleaning crew in the morning to clean multiple areas that were not clean before we checked in. . The host was suppose to come as well but sent his son instead who was pleasant. With not having many pots, pans, silverware, towels, mildew shower curtains etc, he agreed to get the items that we felt weren’t enough for the size of our group which was 13. Overall this house/location is just average. When looking back on comparable properties we reviewed before our trip you can do much better for the money that they charge and a host that doesn’t talk down to their guests. Our group ended up leaving the house early to stay at a resort at the end of our stay.

Our group really enjoyed the immaculate property. The setup was really enjoyable with the separate houses and the extra space that provides. The grill, outdoor space, and Tiki hut fire pit were fantastic additions. Anytime I had a question, Taylor was able to respond within minutes, and made this process very seamless and trusting. I would highly recommend staying at this or any of his properties.

Terrific place for families or large groups! Can’t beat tons of room, a gigantic heated pool, easy drive to Hollywood Beach, and location between Miami and Fort Lauderdale! Highlight of this “resort” is the large, beautiful, crystal clear heated pool. Heated to a temperature just right for spending hours splashing. And plenty of comfortable seating for those who preferred to watch from poolside. All made more festive and fun by playful hand-painted murals on the walls of adjacent buildings. Very attractive spot for dining al fresco too. The “resort” was terrific for our group of nine – ranging in age from grandparents down to a four- year-old. Plenty of space to spread out with two spacious bedrooms (one away from the pool and safe for our four-year-old) and two bathrooms in the main house, along with a very comfy living area which was large enough that we could all gather. Coffee table was just the right size for our perennial jigsaw puzzles too. We appreciated the roomy dining table which could easily seat our entire family - often not the case even in homes with multiple bedrooms. Four more bedrooms (including a huge master suite) and three bathrooms in the guest house are attached to the main house by a short covered walkway. Also, a small kitchen, round table for six and sofa. Great retreat space for those who needed to work a bit or get away from the crowd. Our tween granddaughters loved having their own private space but only steps away from the pool and the main house. The home was meticulously clean and carefully furnished throughout with new furniture, comfortable beds, nice linens and ample towels. Except for two upstairs bedrooms in the guest house, all is on one level. Easy keypad lock system made check-in quick and entry convenient for everyone in our group without the hassle of keys. A large grill, covered by a new tiki hut (built after photos were taken), made dinners easy. Photos are accurate, but they do not reflect how nicely this home has been renovated, how well it is laid out, and how spacious it feels. Taylor responded to our initial inquiry within minutes, and he was equally responsive throughout our Christmas/Hanukkah week vacation. We were the very first to stay in this recently renovated, new-to-the-market home, so there were, understandably, a few glitches. All were very quickly and satisfactorily addressed and resolved. Highly recommend this amazing house!
