The condo was great! The master was like a honeymoon suite, with a great ocean view. The guest beds were low to the floor but very comfortable. Everything you needed was in the condo plus the utility room was perfect with all the beach chairs and toys.
Our annual sister trip and we hope to be back next year. Highly recommend yhus cindi.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this condo! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable & well stocked. My wife spent her childhood family vacations in Ormond and lived there for many years as an adult. We still have family in the area & return every summer for a visit. This the first year we have stayed at this unit, and it is our favorite thus far. The policies and procedures are streamlined, simple and clear. Check in, out and communication was a breeze. Flying in from the DC area we appreciated the beach gear provided. We found the beds to be very comfy & liked having full size rather than twins in the second bedroom. Internet, enough TVs and being able to login to all our streaming was appreciated. We always travel with our Roku stick with us, but did not have a need for it this trip. If this condo is available for our stays in the future, we would not hesitate to return.

Loved our stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family of five. So clean and inviting. Stayed over the July 4th holiday and there was a wonderful fireworks show we were able to watch from our balcony. The host was quick to respond to all our questions and very accommodating. Definitely will be back!

The unit is beautifully renovated with a nice view. This section of the beach was car-free and was not overly crowded so that was very nice. Parking was available without fighting for spots.
The exterior of the building is a little dated, but in line with a condo building on the Florida Central Coast.
We had one person with mobility issues in our party, and it was a little difficult to get through the building and down to the pool/beach area because of the steps and narrow ramp.

We were there for the USAG women’s level 10 gymnastic national championships. We chose this location with just a short drive to Daytona Beach.it was perfect in every way . Beach was awesome. Pool was perfect . Weather was iffy on a couple days , we could have cared less . We had a wonderful time .

While in Ormond at a celebration of life for the love of my life, while physically and emotional draining- coming back to the condo was very peaceful and i really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching sunrise, sunsets and listening to the ocean waves.

This place was special. The unit itself was very well stocked and extremely clean. The view and beach so great! We love this area, quiet and not crowded. The sunrises were wonderful. Got to see a launch at night too. The owners were very responsive.

A lot of places have nice pictures but then you stay there and the furniture is hard and uncomfortable. Not this place! Has everything you need to stay at the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. Lots of space for you to unpack and put stuff away. Highly recommend 🏝😊

The condo was perfect! Exactly as described in the description, exceptionally clean, stocked with some essential items. The views were awesome and the owners were on top of anything we had a question on. We will definitely be returning hopefully in the near future! Quiet end of the beach which we loved.

The condo was very well laid out and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was the very well stocked, easily the best we've experienced. The balcony was a little on the smaller side, but there were only three of us, so it was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms and closets more than big enough. Lots of storage (dressers, drawers, closets). We liked that the balcony was accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Sofas were a little uncomfortable, but that is to be expected when you are dealing with sofa sleepers. Plenty of restaurants and shopping just down the road. Overall, a very nice experience and would definitely recommend.

Just what we were looking for! The description of the property was very accurate and offered the ocean views and sounds we were hoping to experience while visiting family in Ormond Beach. The property is super convenient and easy to come and go if you are traveling with older relatives unlike a resort where you might need to walk a mile just to get to your room or the beach. Peaceful, quiet condo and great amenities. We will definitely return!

This condo was immaculate. It was very clean and accommodating. It was very spacious and relaxing for my family of 4 and the views of the beach and ocean are perfect. This place is a gem and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else for vacation. The owner communicated with us frequently and asked if we had any concerns or requests. The place is beautifully updated and in a great location just north enough from Daytona to not be swarmed by large groups of people. Plenty of room at the beach. We were very impressed that the condo was well equipped with more than you would need on a trip away from home. They thought of everything. The items available to use on the beach, multiple kitchen amenities, and more. The view of the Ocean from the windows and balcony are breath taking. We love the lay out of the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and accommodating. The water pressure for the showers was great. We had a wonderful 5 days and would definitely return.

We found Sandy Shores to be a wonderful place to relax. It was clean, well stocked, with a beautiful view of the beach. All questions I had with Andy were answered within an hour, and the residents of the condo building were friendly and helpful. Hoping to come back next year for a visit.

Beautiful condo that 3 adults and one teen stayed in comfortably. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, as proven by us cooking our New Years Day meal here with no issues, especially being walking distance from a Publix! The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, and at night we were able to sit by the ocean and watch NYE fireworks in the distance. The porch was everyone’s favorite place to be. This place is a gem!!!

This was our third time staying at Sandy Shores ocean front condo and we are already talking about another stay. Andy and Karen are great hosts, communicate quickly and provide a clean well furnished condo including beach chairs and supplies. The oceanfront balacony has an amazing front row seat to the beautiful beach below. Plenty of highly rated local restaurants within minutes drive provide good variety of dining choices.

The condo is amazing. Best spot on the beach. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean was fabulous. Nice kitchen and dining area for meals. All residents of the building were extremely friendly. We stayed during hurricane Ian, and felt completely safe in the building. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Andy was top notch. We will definitely stay again next time in Ormond Beach.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo! We found it to be clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had a fully equipped, organized kitchen (Keurig coffee maker). There were hightop chairs and a table on the balcony, which made the spectacular view even more enjoyable. Access to the pool and beach was easy and the complex conveniently has two elevators. The parking lot also offers plenty of parking just steps away from the entrance. We never encountered a problem because the detailed instructions and communication from the owners were easy to follow. We had a fabulous time and hope to be back soon.

We visited Ormond Beach for a week with 2 kids (6years) and found perfect condition. Direct Pool and beach access, a clean/large apartment with all the amenities you need and as stated. We definitely would come back and thank for all the service and support provided by the owner.

Beautiful stay and view
My family and I came to visit Ormond Beach from Michigan. This was the first time our kids were in Florida. The place is amazing, comfortable, and spotless. View is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony different times of the day…so relaxing. Loved the fact the was a pool available and the ocean access was perfect! Thank you for opening your place to me and my family!
