Our family had a great vacation and enjoyed the house. Our only concern was the limited kitchen amenities - lack of cook/ bakeware and dish towels.

We loved the layout and proximity to the beach. This was a great place for two large families to stay along with their grandparents. The only setback was more than half our beds were missing sheets upon arrival. We sadly did not notice this until later in the day, so we could not remedy until the following day. We know it was a busy, holiday weekend, but sheets are a must.

Great rental! Our group consisted of 4 adults, one five year old, and a dog. Very happy with our stay. The rental, check in and check out processes were so, so easy. The house was clean, no maintenance issues during our stay. There was tons of space , beds were very comfortable. At a great location, close to main attractions and Public beach access was close, and not far to walk. The Pool is directly behind the house and easily accessible. No outdoor shower, but, theres a hose at the house to rinse off. The lagoon and a few piers are a close walk and are a great site to birdwatch and fish. Only complaint is the grill which, is very dirty, it should probably be replaced. There was also some decent amount road noise but it was not disruptive. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Beautiful property, rooms were very spacious & large closets in each room. Great location as well.

The house was beautiful. It does have 2 flights of stairs so be mindful of you have children or elderly. The pool was heated which was a plus. Kitchen was fully stocked with blender, toaster, regular coffee pot and Keurig. Patio furniture was nice. The grill was propane but could stand to be replaced. Overall we had a great stay and would visit again.

...the floors were clean, the grill wasn't a fire hazard and there were more amenities provided. Our children's feet were pretty dirty after just running around barefoot for a little while. I expect sand but wasn't expecting that. There was mold on the plastic shower curtains. We took the grill cover off to find a disgustingly dirty grill and the propane tank had dirty grease running down all sides of it, needless to say we didn't use it. As for the amenities, there really aren't any; no beach towels, no toys, no chairs. There is a storage closet under the home but it was kept locked. The other units around us had that available to them so it was a bummer that we didn't. When we arrived there was not a pot for the coffee machine, not a huge deal and the issue was quickly resolved the next day with a brand new coffee machine so that was a plus. The bunk beds were pretty rickety making me a little uneasy with the kids and the king bed upstairs was very squeaky as well. The location is great but there is quite a bit of road noise. Don't get me wrong, the house itself was beautiful. Very spacious for our group of 10 (6 adults 4 kids). Having the washer and dryer was great. The kitchen is stocked with essentials only (pans, utensils, cups, plates etc.). We had a nice view of the ocean across the street. There is a hose underneath the home to rinse off which was nice and the walk to the beach isn't terrible. We enjoyed walking the back path to the small piers on the lagoon. The beach itself is beautiful. Check out was very easy.

The house was clean when we checked in. It’s roomy and has a great layout. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a nice feature. We will definitely be back.

The house was a perfect size for our group of 13. The listing showed a futon in one Of the roomS, but it was not in room. The couch turned Into a bed. Still held us all comfortably. The beds were nice & comfortable as well. We enjoyed the easy access to get In and out. The door code was a little long, but still easy to use. We loved the house! It would get a 10 star if it was directly on the beach. We had easy access to the beach & enjoyed it as much as the weather would allow!

The house was excellent and extremely comfortable. The location was quiet with access to the beach, lagoon, and a pool. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time

This home was great! Right across the street from the beach. Had everything we needed including an iron, pots and pans, a coffee pot, washer & dryer, etc. There’s a gas grill outside. There are a lot of stairs so be mindful of that with older people and toddlers. No complaints though. It was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 4 kiddos.

This home is spacious, clean, and inviting. It is just across the road from the beach. It was the perfect place for my family of 6 to meet up with my sister, her husband, and new baby. In fact, it’s our 3rd stay at this perfect location!

We had a group of eight in the house. 5 adults and 3 kids (and 2 dogs). Amazing that the home is dog friendly and well set up for our furry family members! There was plenty of space and the number of bathrooms is a plus. Comfortable furniture and beautiful kitchen. We especially loved the large dining table for family game nights. A short walk to the beach. Will definitely bookmark this property for a return trip.

My family and I decided to take a short weekend trip before Spring Break hit but wanted something convenient that would allow us to bring our dogs as well. The house is beautiful and in a prime location right next to Little Lagoon. My husband was able to walk right out back and fish off the pier but also walk right under the bridge to beach fish as well. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay and will happy to return again. The property was great, location was great and we were blessed with oleasant weather. Covid made us want a more famiky friendly environment and with all the porches, walking paths, and beach this was perfect.

The house has a great location to the beach and a pier behind it on the intercoastal for fishing. This house has plenty of sleeping areas for the extended family and beautiful views from both of the balconies. Would recommend renting!

We truly had a great time! The location was great! The house was clean and comfortable.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The condo was very nice In to date. Was not over priced.

The rental process was simple and efficient. The property was clean and in good condition. I would definitely rent again.

We liked the closeness to the beach, and the pool was super handy. There was a gas grill on the property, but we were told there wasn’t one. We did rent chairs and umbrellas for beach so I recommend taking your chairs if possible. Also take a tent for the beach if possible. We were told tent had to be 7x7 and ours is 10x10 so we didn’t take our tent. There were 10x10 tents set up all over the beach, so we could have taken ours. The house was really nice, but for 11 people we were a little cramped. Street noise was a little too much but still great to be across street from beach. No pizza cutter in kitchen but otherwise kitchen was ready to go. There is a Kuerig and a regular drip coffee maker in the kitchen, and we were told it was only regular coffee maker, so we took our small Kuerig and found there was Kuerig there so was disappointing we bothered to pack our Kuerig. It’s a great house close to a great beach!

Short walk across the street to beach , close drive to restaurants and shopping, beautiful and spacious home comfortably accommodating 9 of us for a girls trip. Highly recommend and would come back!

This home exceeded expectations! Great location, easy walk to the beach and short drive to all area attractions and restaurants. Plenty of space and very clean property! Pool was right out the back door!

The house was perfect for our three families that stayed for a week. Only thing we had problems with was the cable tv would not turn on. The ice maker from the freezer leaked constantly. And we could have used a hose outside to help spray off sandy items. But the location, the inside and the inside of the home was super!

Two items drove 4 rather than 5. Fridge was leaking wait time to report was very long. Maintenance came out but didn’t fix. Dryer did not work well at all Reported but checked out before maintenance got there.

The house is perfect for ten. We cooked, walked on the beach, swam, and the beds sleep great. The weather did not cooperate the last day but we all had fun!

We had a wonderful experience. Great location!
