Our stay was excellent, nicely updated, clean & comfortable with easy access to mountain by driving or bus….with a large group that supports up to 10 the bathrooms are only available in the 3 bedrooms which may be an inconvenience…..the stove for wood burning fire was fantastic

Super clean, roomy, close to town and the mountain!

This place was great; sometimes you can’t tell from the photos, but it worked well for our two families w 6 kids combined. There was plentry of space in the living room, comfy couches, and having a wood burning fireplace was deluxe. Nice touch that the dining table was expandable so we could all sit and eat. Hot tub was right outside and very welcomed after skiing. All the in town stuff was super accessible and you’re just at the bottom of the mountain. The hosts were very communicative. Don’t forget to book dog sledding well in advance if you plan to go!

Great host with a wonderful place that hosted a group of 10 adults comfortably. They provided everything we needed and it’s only 15 min drive to Big Sky Resort. One thing to note is that the 3 bathrooms are all located in each of the 3 bedrooms, so guests staying in the loft had to enter a bedroom to use them. The hot tub was wonderful while it was snowing!

Outstanding property and exactly as pictured. I would not change anything about it and we would stay here again. We travel often with our two teenage children and we loved this place. There was a minor issue with the bathroom (our fault, not property owner) so I called Melissa and answered on the first ring. Before I hung up the phone her husband was at the property to assist!!!!! Stay here if you can and you will not be disappointed.

This property was perfect for our stay in Big Sky. Beautiful home fully furnished with everything you need. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Great location close to downtown Big Sky. Wonderful hosts who answered all our questions and made the checkin and checkout very easy. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Communication was a breeze. We were very, very pleased, as the place was very clean! Beds for all and comfy and plush. Not a thing was needed, as the kitchen was far from bare.....as the unit was extremely well equipped. Plenty of wood for wood burning stove in living room. Hot Tub was "most excellent"!!!! We enjoyed our MT adventures and the Host's even called up gorgeous weather for our stay!!! Many appreciations for sharing your property with our family.....Most definitely would stay again!!!

Amazing time! Great place, well equipped for our stay! Close to trails and town center. Open design gave us all space but also condusive to family time. Owners are incredibly responsive. Will definitely stay again!

My family of five rented this condo for 2 weeks: it was very spacious and comfortable for my wife and our teenagers. The place was very well kept and clean. Jeff and Melissa were excellent hosts and replied within minutes of any questions we had. It’s Sami g distance to town center and Ousel falls.

Great Location, Newly remodeled, fully equipped. 3 bedroom with attached baths. Plus large loft with 3 more beds. On-site parking for 2 cars, with overflow available. Hot tub, fireplace, grill are all available and functional. The only minor item is that all the bathrooms are attached to bedrooms, so you have to go into a bedroom to use the bathroom. Not an issue unless you have loft users traipsing thru your room at all hours

The home was wonderful, clean, and had plenty of room for me and 5 friends. It was a short walk to town for dinner / drinks and a quick drive to big sky. Melissa was a wonderful host, very responsive, and even shopped a lost watch back to our group the next day! I would happily stay here next time I visit!

I'll start with the only drawback being that there was no hall bath, so everyone that slept in the loft had to walk in on someone's bedroom in the morning to use the bathroom. I may have missed that detail in the listing. Besides that, this house was fantastic and gets 5 stars. Wood was fully stocked, hot tub was huge with cool features, the kitchen was great for cooking for a large group, the couch was great with some push button recliners, monster TV, great location, parking was easy. We absolutely loved everything about this rental. It was very comfortable for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The home was big enough to accommodate 2-4 more. I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness and the overall feel of a home. This home was quite comfortable and very clean. I loved we each had our own bedrooms and bathroom. The fan in closet was awesome, and Kleenex by bedside. We’ve stayed at lots of VRBO’s, these owners take pride in their home and guests. Everything that one might need was provided. I loved they had cleaning supplies, as well as all paper products, Ziplocs, foil, coffee, shampoo and conditioner etc… Owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. Great location, right outside town center. 15 minutes to the slopes. If your staying Big Sky, you must stay here! We will definitely stay here again next season. Thank you! Owens Family

I highly recommend this rental. Location is very close to town. The kitchen is nice and updated and they had a nice spice rack for cooking. It was more spacious than I expected, since sometimes the wide angle photos make things look bette than they are. The bedrooms were huge. The only complaint is that the hot tub was set at 60F when we arrived. Turns out they are supposed to change water between guests in MT so the water doesn’t have much time to heat up, but it would have been nice if the heater was set to 104F so it was already in the processs of heating when we got there.

This place has a great layout, fully stocked kitchen, great wood burning fireplace, bedroom size was nice as well. Very nice hot tub, steps from the living room door and lower bedroom door. Property was located less than a mile from town center, which had good choices for food, groceries and some shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
