Beach was beautiful and we loved having chairs (2 free with room, had to pay $15 for each additional). The full kitchen was a big plus especially with no restaurant on the property during the week. Having 2 bathrooms was also nice. There is a free trolley that runs up and down Miami Beach that stops right outside the hotel. Bike rentals are 1 block away and convenience stores and restaurants in other hotels are 3-4 blocks away.

Check in was difficult. We had no access to the beach or facilities until after 4 pm. The front desk has no information about your stay if you book through Booking.com. Our room wasn’t well cleaned although we did find cleaning products (Swiffer, broom, paper towels) stocked in the unit to clean up ourselves. You get only the towels and linens provided and no daily housekeeping. The restaurant is closed Monday-Thursday. The poolside bar has drinks only, open daily 9-5. Pool is only open until sunset. Beach towels can only be checked out once per day and used between 9-6, must be returned at the end of the day. The on site convenience store advertised seems permanently closed.

The suite was very spacious. I had a two bedroom and I love that they perfectly. One on each side of the living room. Lots of closet space.

Restaurants were not walking distance. Other than that I have no complaints.

Apartamento maravilhoso, com vista do mar e do canal, visual incrível. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, fica perto de N comodidades e no meio da Collins Av., bem sossegado e perto de tudo. Apartamento completo com toda infraestrutura. Fizemos compras no supermercado e ficamos de patrão. almoço e jantar fora de casa, fizemos nosso cafe da manha aproveitamos a piscina e praia, alem do canal no final de tarde, visual fora do comum. Para ir em familia e grupo de amigos.

Limpeza tem que pagar a parte, mas nao foi um grande problema, pois nos mesmos arrumamos o apartamento bem rapidinho. Se preparem para as caixinhas, pessoal fica aguardando. Mas nada que atrapalhe. E tenho esse costume no Brasil também. Para quem nao tem esse costume, vai se irritar. Ah! O hotel disponibiliza cadeiras na praia, mas cobram por esse serviço.

Location was good for us

The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point we went and bought mattress toppers so we could try to sleep. The ice machine was broken. The elevators we extremely slow and when one would arrive it would be full. We wasted a lot of time on elevators. The front desk was very unhelpful. We received more help and information from the security guard at the front door than the front desk. The property it’s self needed updating badly. Our room was not the cleanest but we made the best of it while there.

Great location for a family trip! Close to the beach and a short drive to South Beach
