Everything about this town house was amazing. Great place , very close to amenities , pool was amazing and very clean , owners were super quick at replying and VERY VERY helpful when we messaged, will definitely look to book again in the future.

Three of us stayed at the property. It was quite easy to find being situated on the Paphos to Coral Bay road opposite the tomb of the kings. It was clean and tidy on arrival and we especially enjoyed the pool. There was a welcome pack in the fridge of eggs, milk etc. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again. I have no reservations about recommending this property.

Just returned from a 14 day stay at this superbly equipped holiday home. Everything about it was spot on and felt very comfortable immediately. Lovely decor and comfortable beds too. The pool was very clean and we'll maintained as was the rest of the area .a nice quiet location which is not far from most amenities with main bus routes just a short walk away .and lots of places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay here and rate it very highly.and will have no hesitation in booking again. Thanks Penny .

We visited for one week (but wanted more) for a wedding, so five adults shared the villa. Found the villa to have everything we needed, the pool was lovely for a dip in the morning and for just lazing around during the day. TV available (including Netflix) plus fridge freezer and all cooking facilities and a washing machine as well. Penny had arranged for a welcome pack to great us with some much appreciated provisions but there is a Local supermarket only yards away and a Lidl 5 mins drive. A brisk 10 min walk down to tombs of the kings and the main strip where all the bars and restaurants are located and a local bus stop where the 615 takes you down to the main port for 1.5 euros every 15mins. So a great location not too far away from it all. Must recommend Karlinas and also Alphie T's for great food. O'neills for your irish bar and in the town the excellent pub "the Old Fishing Shack" that serves real beers and not just Keo and Leon..

Had a fabulous week at the house in Megus Alexandros everything was really good the house was very clean and well equipped.The manager and his wife were very helpful and the house is in a really good position.Megus Alexandros is a great place nice and quiet but very near restaurants and night life would really recommend it.

My wife and daughter had a great time and we found the property very suitable. It is very communal and further away from the sea than I expected. Hiring a car is essential as walking anywhere in 32 degrees is a chore. Very good local restaurants and bars are walkable in the evening. Paphos Harbour is perfect for eating, browsing and drinking.

This is the second time we have visited, and it was just as good as the first, perfect location, lovely villa. As last year very quiet and just what we needed. Would highly recommend.

Property was clean and well kept,far enough away from the busier area ,about 10 -15 mins walk.Nice and peaceful ,kids loved the pool.We had a car although you probably could manage without one.Its only 5 mins drive to the harbour and the centre of Paphos.No issues at all with the house or the area .Overall a really enjoyable,relaxing holiday.Thank you

Very nice house in a very convenient location. Very quiet and relaxing but close to everything in the same time. Everything that anyone would need for a week’s stay was there. The swimming pool was beautiful and there was a beautiful view to the area from the veranda. I will definitely recommend it to a friend!!!!

Clean, comfortable, a fabulous pool and a great location (it's a short walk to old town, with great restaurants, and there's a lovely coastal path you can take to the harbour, a bit further away). Great value. Could not have been happier.

This is an attractive and well kitted town house just 10mins from Lidl and 20 mins to Kato Paphos. Easy to follow instructions and Penny was quick to respond when a bulb blew and we lost the lights! At the end of the phone and local help came straight away. Quiet location and lovely pool, with great sun loungers. Really easy to get around and 615 bus can give you easy access to Paphos harbour although we walked it each night - around 30 mins. Would highly recommend this property.

We have had the best holiday in Paphos, the Villa was perfect, as was the location. Everything you need in walking distance, nice quiet complex. Two weeks of bliss. Buses run every 10-15minutes and at €1.50 for any destination, no need for a car. Bars and restaurants were great, everyone is so friendly and can't do enough for you. Will definitely be going back.

This was our first experience of staying in a villa in cyprus as we usually stay in a hotel however this year my wife and i took both our sons 20 and 17 for a last family holiday before they do their own thing i.e lads holidays or going away with girlfriends. The villa is very well presented in a quiet area of paphos and is a credit to the owner, The pool area is lovely and kept immaculate at all times allowing you to sunbathe to your hearts content. You really do want for nothing even down to an umbrella, coolbag and icepacks to take to the beach. A ten minute walk away takes you to the tomb of the kings road where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to visit in a pleasant relaxed atmosphere for most peoples needs.The villa is placed quite centrally to be able to visit places of interest nearby by bus or like us by car if you wish to go further a field.

The location&Villa were excellent as was the pool could not fault anything about the place.Had a great holiday.
