This house is seriously the best! Great location to Georgetown, awesome being right on Tar Bay Beach, probably the best property manager on the island and the house is so well stocked, clean and great quality! You are guaranteed to have a fabulous vacation!! This was our second time staying at Sandy Bum!

We rented the property for 16. It had so much space and was well stocked. We enjoyed it so much. The pictures don’t do it justice. We spent several days on boat tours but the days at the house were equally amazing. The young adults loved the lower level with gym and pool table as a place to hang together at night away from the parents. The staff was nice and attentive and helped us when we had questions. Wanted to rebook immediately!!

The property is great. We experienced a few items that didn’t work: generator, hot tub jets, and the bedrooms on the first level had a musky smell.

This property has everything else. Beautiful location, great owners, and a fabulous property manager. The home is spacious and modern with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after spending our days on the boat and we played pool every night after dinner. We hope to stay here again!!

We had a fabulous time at Sandy Bum. The house was perfect for our group and very well maintained. The property manager was very helpful with information and communication. We would highly recommend it and hope to revisit someday!

Our entire family enjoyed a wonderful 8 days at Sandy Bum. We had such a fun trip and could not say enough good things about how nice this home is. The pictures do not show just how nice it is. We have traveled all over the caribbean and also stayed in numerous homes in the Exumas and this is by far the most well stocked home we've stayed in. EVERYTHING you need for a gourmet meal or a full bartended drink are available. The beds are also the most comfortable we've slept in. The pool house is probably the nicest feature of the home. There is nothing else like it on the island. The pool easily accommodated our group of 16 comfortably and was a really nice hang out area. The home is located close to the airport and convenient to grocery shopping and downtown. The owners are incredibly responsive to any and all requests and are wonderful to work with. We'd recommend this to any large group coming to the island.
